Lindt Chocolate Shop

Just walked in for an ice cream but a lady working in there advised very rudely that they are closing in 1 minute which is fair. But she was serving another customer which was still inside the shop and assisting them. Ice cream machine was still on. It would have taken her few minutes to serve but seem she didn’t wanted to. Not satisfactory experience. Just was not the right way to tell customer off in a rude way.

Some of the displays are mislabeled, if you're unsure of what you are looking at buying, ASK!
Staff were lovely, even with only 10 minutes left of their shift on a Sunday.
Lots of people only wanted to use the cafe aspect of the store when I was there.

Lindt at Adelaide DFO.the lady there know how to get the HOT Chocolate done.she is perfect as i have been to many in melbourne that cant get it right. IF you like your chocoloate please try The Adelaide DFO one. The lady there is the Best

Value for money. I really loved the hot chocolate hazelnut, especially during winter keep you warm. Yummy yummy.

Public holiday long weekend. Sunday, 3pm. Made a special trip to Harbour Town for hot chocolate drinks. Spent some time trying to get a carpark. Went in to order two hot chocolate drinks; one with lactose free milk and one with almond milk. Out of stock of lactose free milk and only one serving left of almond milk. We walked out, refusing to buy just the almond milk drink. Found another business within five minutes away and got our hot chocolate drinks.

Best takeaway ice chocolate in Adelaide! They use their own chocolate so the quality is top notch. Ice cream is also extremely high quality and delicious! They also do amazing hot chocolates

The hot chocolate here is superb and I recommend that everyone should try it. Of course, the range of chocolates here is amazing, as you'd expect.

Fanatastic five star service from Anita and the team. Plus their iced chocolates are to die for! Especially with cream!

One of my favourite places to go to when I am looking to purchase gifts to friends and family. They have a large variety of their chocolates and some you can't get at your local store. Every time I go there something is on sale and it is great to buy things I have never tried before. I also recommend getting a hot or iced chocolate, without a fail it is always on point.

Visited the store on Wednesday 16th Nov 22 and the lady in charge was being extremely rude to a customer, It was appalling and im sure made everyone else in the quiet store, uncomfortable. Seemed the customer had an issue and the lady loudly and condescendingly demanded a receipt, or sale amount in order to fix the issue. She stormed off out the back yelling she didn't know how long she would be. I think the customer eventually gave up and left.
I work in service, and understand things can get stressful and patience thin, but the way this customer was spoken to was just atrocious and uncalled for.

The lady behind counter is very rude if you ask her any questions.
I mean just do your job and try to be polite.
We are not buying for free.

A bit pricey but worth the $$$. Beautiful chocolate & lotsa variety you don't get at the supermarket. Chocs to enjoy for young & old!

The fire alarm went off after people had ordered drinks, and (although it turned out to be a false alarm) Anita handled the situation really well while people didn't know what was happening. Also all the drinks are amazing

Store manager was friendly and absolutely amazing with our 3 kids! Hubby and I ordered our mocha’s (which were incredibly delicious!) while (Anita?) chatted with our kids about the chocolates, had them assist her with little things, taught them how to correctly read and pronounce chocolate names and asked them where they were from etc. Upon learning we were from many hours away and road tripping for medical appointments, she shared ideas for car games etc with them that have kept them entertained for hours. Such a lovely experience all round, will definitely be back next trip!

Didn’t like the customer service, instead of assisting customers they start laughing each other

We have the crape, molten volcano chocolate and long black. It was tasty and good, but I was looking for better coffee especially with this sweetness dishes.
