Lindsay Wine Estate reviews
20Fantastic wine tasting experience! Accompanied with wonderful music from an extensive vinyl record collection. Very friendly, kind and amusing staff. Beautiful layout with lots of games and space for the kids. Pet friendly! If you’re Canadian, make sure you know your classics…you will be quizzed! And features Bluey (not the character!) and Kevin: D
Their wines are awesome, pizza pretty good too. Great guys, always enjoy our visits to LWE, make sure you have room in the car for all the wine you will buy.
Nice wine with great old Australian artwork on the labels. Loved having a chat and listening to records with the Matt!
My partner and I an awesome time with guy in the cellar door. Great vibes in there… he put some vinals on for us and made it a really personal experience
Friendly service, surrounding gardens are lovely, good place for children, can't wait to try wood oven pizza, nice wine's, affordable.
First stop on our self guided bike-winery tour. Beautiful winery, gardens and hosted by Guy for our tastings and some tunes. Lovely boutique wines, made a few purchases to take home. Thank you Guy for the tips on the local area. Perfect start to the day!
A great place to visit and spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Great wines. The winemaker himself discussed the different wines with the customers. Very tasty wood-oven pizzas; and catering for a gluten free dietary requirement. This has to be my favourite winery. I will return one day soon.
Very nice place to relax and have a wine, I had my wedding there and the preparation and management of the day was poor. They improvised on wedding decorations with no communication to me on what I would have like done. They did not have the tea/coffee station and another couple things that we had agreed on earlier.
Lindsay wines is a must-do in the Barossa! A small, family owned winery that have made some stand out wines, and not to mention their vinyl collection! Will was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Lindsay winery!
What a relaxing place to enjoy some gorgeous reds and a delicious (and generous!) cheese board. Luckily a few previous wineries turned us away because they were too busy or had events, so we happily stumbled upon Lindsay Estate. There was room for our threenager to run around and play, while we sat back and enjoyed our wine and food. We bought a bottle of the Tempranillo. Servings were just the right amount and we left feeling everything was great value for money. So delicious! Thank you!
This guys have a good selection of wines. The sparkling moscato is a sweet start. We loved the Riesling, Tempranillo, and the Shiraz Barossa valley 2016. The winemaker is friendly. Located near Tanunda, it is a good stop on your bike tour.
Gorgeous venue, personable staff, excellent wines, and the cutest dogs! I could spend all day hanging out here
This was our pick for the weekend. Amazing Terri looked after us, her insight & knowledge of the wines was very educational & we appreciated learning to taste & experience the style difference. Great cellar door, magnificent staff & superb wines. We will be back for sure. Rem & Sue
What a beautiful venue with the cutest Alsatian puppy named ‘Bear’.
Great selection of wine and accompanying food - we polished off the pate in next to no time. Really friendly and endearing service were the icing on the cake
By far the best winery in the Barossa. The wine is amazing and the staff are even better. I will always make time for a visit everytime I am in the Barossa.
A classy and youthful cellar door where you can choose your favorite record to sip wines to. Family friendly kids can run around with the dogs and cricket bats on the front lawn or hit the ping pong table while you sample.
Terrific cellar door experience made to feel welcome by staff. A must for those who prefer a dry Rosé.
We had our vow renewal ceremony there. Great wine and venue, but the staff is what made the experience. Thank you Terri and Sarah, you did a fantastic job. Lisa and I will be back.
Lindsay Wine Estate is a little different — combining the owners’ love for wine, art, music and fun into a really special cellar door experience. We had an excellent time, welcomed and looked after by Will, Guy and Terri. Their wines are fabulous, and it’s great fun choosing vintage (and new) vinyl to play along while you taste. Highly recommended!
Great service with a passion for music. The service and atmosphere simply works to entice you into a beautiful tasting experience!
