Lighthouse Disability

As Edmen staff I go to various lighthouse sites Janet, Alawa, Innes, Spruance just to mention the few and the level of teamwork and care concern to the participants at lighthouse sites makes me a better support worker, highly recommend as a workplace and a place for your loved ones with disability.

Not good. They are meant to care for our family in their care but let unqualified staff do jobs my brother ended up at llyel mac with a huge lump on his head after they let him fall, ive seen and be told they have porridge regulary even in summer and fed meat pies we pay huge money for them and to look after and treat our loved ones with respect ive personally seen 1 staff verbally abuse a resident now they have covid positive workers there and now mybrothers covid positive which nay lead to serious health problems for him or worse. So people check in on your loves ones and report anything to proper authorities

Head office of lighthouse disability can be better then what it is. It's pretty old building need a lots of work on it to be done but people here are nice.

Great service to look after people with disabilities

Totally without exception the worst run organisation I have ever worked for. Dictatorship at leadership level with bullying and mistrust not only condoned but encouraged. Clients and families not put first and cant keep good staff
