The team at Lift are excellent. They have kept me positive at all stages of my treatment. I look forward to every session each week.

The team at Lift have been fantastic to me since my cancer diagnosis and my ongoing recovery. Their staff are all friendly and helpful and the professionals have helped my immensely both physically and mentally.

My husband was referred to LIFT Cancer Care as he needed help with his fitness after having 10 months of chemo for terminal brain cancer, they only specialise on cancer patients but we were refused help because they have a resuscitation policy. So if you have an episode where resuscitation is required while their the. They will resuscitate you whether you want to be or not. They also ask for an advanced care directive which also says do not resuscitate so where is the empathy or help treating patients like this when they need it most. Unbelievably wrong and selfish. That is taking away a basic human right or choice. Why would you resuscitate a patient for them to only die again later? You didn’t even give him a chance.

I have used most of the allied health professional support at Lift to assist with my cancer care. The team at Lift are highly professional, focused on delivering a personalised approach given my specific needs. Lift Cancer Care Services have everything I need for my care, in one location. I can’t speak highly enough of the exceptional personal attention I have received from a skilled and caring professional group of people.

Recently I went to Genesis Care with my who is suffering cancer in the neck. She has finished chemotherapy and Genesis are going to start her on Radiotherapy.
Getting my Wife out of the car and trying to get her in to a wheelchair was a disaster she miss judged and landed on the ground.
I could not lift my wife up so i quickly went into the nearest clinic which happened to be Lift Cancer Care.the receptionist (Sandy) quickly called 2 men who went my wife checked her over and then wheeled her to the opposite end of the building where Genesis was. Sandy walked with me to my wife.the 2 men Happened to be Doctors.

I give the highest thank you to the 2 Doctors and Sandy for their great effort i will never forget them.

Fantastic services all round. Reception always helpful and friendly and the doctors and exercise physiotherapists are professional, friendly and interested in their patients' care. I'd give 10 stars if I had that option.

Great staff, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. A fantastic place to attend if you are suffering the effects of cancer treatment.
