A genuine and welcoming Pentecostal church with incredible pastors and worship. The Holy Spirit is alive here and I feel like I am truly home.

If you want a church where you feel like you are apart of it and apart of a family. This is that church! God sent David and Donna to this place because he knew they would raise it up the right way! He knew they where strong enough and filled with the Holy Spirit! I love it’s loud, I love theirs no rules and regulations, I love that everyone and anyone are accepted. I love that it’s GODS house and not a ‘pastors church’.

I have been to Lifepoint for some years now. It is Extremely loud to the point earplugs are supplied in a large fish bowl at the front, then when you enter, the loud music thumps your chest, children with ear muffs. It feels like a rock concert.
Young women on stage with tight revealing pants,
What would Jesus say if he turned up? Do you remember the parable in the bible where he got upset about the way that worship place had become?
Latest thing is a ridiculous light shining into the congregation’s faces.
Are we attending a disco now?
The choreographer needs his backside kicked.
Does a service need extremely loud music to the point you cannot hear what is said? Do you need this to preach or get the message across?
And no, there is nothing wrong with my hearing.
Their own produced music is extremely bland, thankfully there is commercial music.
I am a strong Christian, and I also listen to rock music. There is nothing wrong with my hearing.
But there is no point going if you cannot hear what is said.
They cater only to the youth, but guess what, youth do not have money, and it is all with the older or elderly. The youth are only what 15% of the Church here and will not keep the Church afloat.
What are you doing Lifepoint you have lost the plot!
They continually want your money by calling it tithing, and say speaking in tongues is the most important gift, they leave off the part that in fact the bible states that the gift of tongues is the least of the gifts. Very convenient Lifepoint, but get your quotes from the Bible right.
Lastly, extremely rude and arrogant young females which appear not to have had good parenting.
Needless to say, I will never go there again, and I feel much happier and blessed now.

I have been at Lifepoint for a number of years, and have had always had mixed feelings about it. While I'll admit, Lifepoint does have some good things that I admire about the church, I have also experienced deep hurt in this building, and unfortunately the negatives far outweigh the positives. I know I am not the only member of the congregation who feels this way. I have seen numerous people leave over the past few years, and it has come apparent that the pastors do not care. Actions speak louder than words, and since little has been done to rectify any issues, I can only assume the church will see more people leave over time. Lifepoint could be a really great church if they changed the culture and dynamics. I am a middle aged man, with 2 kids in youth and 1 in the young adults. It saddens me to see them struggle to fit it. There are favourites in this church, and it feels as though the young adults run the show. Everything is catered towards them and the same 5 people we see plastered everywhere online. People cannot grow in their gifts if they are never given opportunities to use them. It would be great to see some other people more involved. Mask wearing is not taken seriously and this is causing a bad name in the community. My parents who are elderly will not attend as they feel unsafe. My only wish is that Lifepoint will start to listen to the issues people are raising. I love this church, but I cannot keep attending if the culture does not change.

It is one of the best churches to attend in the area as there are many life groups to choose from and a community day every fortnight. It is a very friendly family orientated church with so much to offer. A new playground for the kids. There is also a creche for the kids and Sunday school.

Did Work for the dole here for about 2 months. One of the worst, most unprofessional, and depressing experiences of my life.

Absolute commitment to Shari g the gospel of Jesus Christ and allowing the Holy Spirit to have free reign. Great diversity of preachers and teachers, a culturally relevant church, with great praise and worship led by inspirational young leaders and a good balance of male and female speakers. Secure, humble leadership and sound scriptural teaching.

"A time will come when instead of shepherds feeding the sheep, the church will have clowns entertaining the goats" CH Spurgeon. If you were to ask the prince of preachers (Spurgeon) today what church he had in mind, its hard not to go past Life City. Sadly the preaching is not even from the bible. Spending 5min in the bible and 25min somewhere else in your sermon making jokes, recalling experiences, motivating people is not preaching. Its certainly Oprah though. God delights in his people singing but the music overpowers the voices of the saints where you cant even hear yourself think let alone sing joyfully to God but more forcefully. No gospel mentioned at all and the sad thing is, is that Christ is simply not preached. Christ the King is treated in this church as second to the true King on the throne. You! Im certainly convinced there are people who need Christ in this church that will not find him there sadly. Why? Simply because the preacher is adored more than the scriptures, the centre of attention is you not Christ, sin is hardly mentioned and well no authentic wholesome gospel is preached. Ask yourself if you are reading this next time you attend Christian. Do you see Christ as the centre of EVERY song, EVERY sermon, EVERY prayer and EVERY person OR do you see YOU at the centre of EVERY song, sermon, prayer and person. I hope you challenge this point and test if it be true or not. Matthew 7: 21-23
