Legend Lanzhou Beef Noodles 德元兰州纯汤牛肉面 reviews
13It’s HALAL Taste great! Big portion of a bowl for myself but that’s just enough for my teenager daughter
This is the best beef noodle I've ever had in Australia. Especially the soup is really delicious.
Disgusting food with bad service, you cannot say you are not satisfied with their flavor on social media, otherwise they will find spammer to annoy you. And they also find people to write good reviews to them and I trust that fake information.
The best Lanzhou beef noodle I’ve ever had in Adelaide! I asked for the thinner noodle, and it was hand-made and tastes so good. Soup is so authentic, with spring onions and coriander. The chilli oil tastes so fresh and good. Highly recommend. This new restaurant opened a while ago at Chinatown, but already has become my favourite. I wish your business goes successful and prosperous.
The soup is too bland, can't taste the beef or noodles. My husband said it's not authentic and the noodles are like instant noodles not really handmade.
I ordered the signature noodles and it was amazing. The noodles I ordered were wide although I wish I got wider as I love thicker noodles. If you want spicy definitely get the spicy Lanzhou noodles as they are the spiciest. On the table they provide soy sauce in a teacup and hot chilli sauce in a small bowl. There is a box of tissues, a can of chopsticks, and a box of spoons. The decor around the restaurant was amazing as you could see it’s culture and story within.
I came to try this new Lanzhou Beef Noodle place in Chinatown. They give an option to add extra noodle before ordering. Unfortunately, that was the only time we could choose whether to have extra noodle or not, so I decided to add it since I did not know how big the portion is and I am a big eater. My advice is, if you are not a big eater or not really hungry, do not go for extra noodle.
The broth is rich in taste and the noodle's texture is firm (I opted for the thinnest one). Considering the lack of options in Adelaide, I consider this is the best Lanzhou Beef Noodle in town.
It is a decent Lanzhou noodle place if you want something comparatively “authentic”. If you like ramen style thick soup, or laksa style, no it is not for you (it will be “bland”) as it is not supposed to be like that. Soup noodle is better than the dry options. Free extra noodle (once) when first order. Lunch place for me and colleagues now - recommended.
Ordered the dry lamb noodles and the braised lamb was the best I've had in Adelaide. Paired with thick noodles, it was the perfect dish.
Tasteless food with bad service. This is not a good Chinese noodle. All the staffs just standing there with dark face. The soup is bland and the noodle is so soft which really taste not like handmade. Please don’t try this one. It brings shame to Chinese noodle.
The place is clean and neat. Food is good. The fried noodle is tasty. Better than other beef noodle place.
Overhyped. I didn’t like the flavour of the soup, it’s so bland. It’s just taste like oil in salty soup, I couldn’t taste the chili or the beef soup. I ordered the thickest noodles and some was a little bit undercooked but nothing major.
We waited a long line to pay but then was told to line up again after we finish eating: What difference does it make? Why can’t we just pay now instead waiting for 10-15 minutes in the line again? There was only one person at the register who keeps getting distracted and keeps talking to other people
It’s just so disappointing, my family was really excited for this place and was looking to make this another lunch spot, hate to leave a negative review but our experience was just bad
The soup is kind of tasteless.
Also not very convenient as you have to order online, the reception’s not able to take orders.
At the end you will have to queue for a while to pay.in conclusion I won’t recommend this noodle bar.
