Even though there was an error with the lens script initially, it was easy to return the glasses to have the correct script inserted. All staff at TTP store (Mel and Sarah) provided polite, efficient excellent service and were apologetic for the error. Would recommend this store.

I cannot speak highly enough of the optometrist Nhi Nguyen. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares about her patients. I had serious problems with one eye and she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the specialist care that I needed. She’s competent and efficient but also caring and compassionate.

I have found all of the staff at this store to be amazing and I think it’s worth paying extra to get the best service and advice. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service given by Melissa when she solved the problem with new glasses and had the lenses placed into a different frame which immediately made it possible to be able to wear the "new" glasses in comfort.
I had two previous visits to the store in an attempt to solve the problem with the glasses but Melissa identified the problem and acted immediately to solve the problem.

Tried a number of competitors and found L&P at TTP to be much more friendly, helpful and professional than anyone else. Their initial quote was slightly more expensive than my health care provider optometrist super discount (50% off for members) but I was happy to go with L&P to get better service. Without asking L&P played with the price and actually got it much cheaper in the end. Win Win

The ladies out the front were great, but the young optometrist Dieu TranLe was fantastic. She picked up something coming from my optic nerve that no one else had. I am forever grateful. I would highly recommend them.

An amazing experience from Sales Assistant Sara who followed up on some replacement frames and waited so patiently for me to come in and have an eye test with the ever so knowledgeable Optometrist Jerry, and then onto the most experienced Store Manager Melissa who measured and fitted my my glasses and lenses, all free of charge

Optometrist was horrible. So rude and condescending. Did not explain anything about the results of my eye test and scolded me if I tried to ask questions as I didn't understand anything he told me as he wouldn't ever finish a sentence. I felt like I was under interrogation and whatever answers I gave I was made to feel like I was wrong. Optometrist drew his own conclusions and tried to tell me my posture was causing my chronic headaches. I don't get chronic headaches and told him this.

Don't waste your time going here. I wish I didn't

Good value for money, pizzas okay. But the atmosphere just makes the place feel cheap, and the decor doesn't help. Has the feel of a place trying to be much nicer than it actually is.
