Laubman & Pank Marion

Yes, they cost a little bit more than some discount franchises, but my vision is much improved with their glasses than cheaper glasses. Staff are EXTREMELY friendly and very down to earth, they spent a lot of effort to give me the best deal possible. What can I say? The design of the glass has huge problems. Glass fall off easily. Come back adjust so many time. Not recommend it.

Why do they take the 50% discount off the cheapest pair of glasses when it's supposed to be off the second pair. Saturday my clear glass glasses were my main ones and the sunnies were the second pair but they treated the clear ones as the discount pair. I think this is a rort
And it cost me more than it should have. Being a pensioner it's hard enough at present without being taken for a ride. Disgraceful. Will be following this up with Govt to investigate.

I only popped in to look at frames, but left thoroughly impressed with the experience of the staff; the things she knew about my glasses, at a glance, blew me away and she was very kind and helpful. A bit on the pricey side for me but I may defect from Specsavers in the future.

We have used Laubman and Pank for about 5 years now the team at Marion are like brand ambassadors we normally deal with Nikki and Bhupinder.

I feel for Roma and hope she’s found an eye care provider that meets her expectations and my post in no way diminishes her complaint. I am however motivated to provide feedback on my experience and urge everyone looking for quality eye care to consider Laubman and Pank Westfield Marion.

I’ve been receiving eye care for 10 years (57 year old male) and I’ve been fortunate to have no bad experiences. It has always been professional and service fair to good. That was until three years ago when I moved to L&P and that experience became exceptional each and every time I had eye tests/checks.

My optometrist has been simply extraordinary, her professionalism, attention to detail, genuine compassion and integrity ensured the right outcome every time, including the failed attempt to fit contacts that due to my own choice I rejected and stayed with glasses.

My confidence in the support staff has been rewarded each time a new frame was selected, having no sense of fashion or style I relied heavily on the dispensers to keep me from looking silly.

I take my eye care very seriously and am grateful to the team at L&P (Marion), thank you!

Great Store and Great team, I really appreciate all the help and effort from Nikki and the team. I LOVE my glasses!

Unfortunately a year ago I decided to go to Laubman and Pank Marion for my new graduated glasses! I chose a beautiful Versace frame and couldn't wait to pick them up! To this day I am unable to wear them as unable to see properly! Manager was downright rude and when the optometrist checked them for me he made me so upset I was in tears! NEVER WILL SET FOOT IN THERE AGAIN!
