I like how the children can explore the entire space and enjoy any activity during their session.

It’s a good place for every age group. We went as a group of adults and all of us enjoyed the climbing tasks and ninja warrior circuit.

Not friendly staff member, vey rude, Pizza was served hard & cold for kid’s birthday party, Not happy with the food quality especially served for kid’s party.

Bounce Greenacres served worst ever pizza for the kids in the birthday party, it was cold cooked probably 12 hours ago. Very rude & poorly trained staff, absolutely not happy with the staff, no customer service what so ever. Think they can feed anything to the kids in the birthday party. Upon checking with center manager on 26-11-2023, she started yelling inside the party hall and said "I don't cook this pizza" upon repeatedly telling her to speak after the birthday event and all the kids are watching you, she continued on and on and again sent one more staff inside the party hall after 10 minutes and confronted us an advised we were rude in telling the pizza was cold.

We said the same thing to the staff to talk after the party, he was so rude he went and bought the center security guard inside the party hall and all the kids were very scared.

Very bad staff they back each other and very poor customer service.

Parents please taste the food that will be given at this bounce Green acres before they eat in the birthday parties. The food quality is very bad particularly given to kids.

We and our friends will never be organizing any party at this bounce again.

I had my 4 month old baby and my 6 year old daughter by myself in the school holidays at Bounce in Greenacres, South Australia. My 6 year wanted to go in the wall climb area but needed to be supervised but as I has the pram I couldn't get down the stairs. The young lad in the Wall area called Will offered to help carry the pram down the stairs so I could supervise my daughter. It was really appreciated - Thankyou!

Great staff! Awesome venue! And our host for the party was amazing! Totally would recommend ️

Had a BRILLIANT couple of ours with my 9yr old. A staff member saw me cheering/encouraging him as he was working on forward flips, trying for a double. She
came over and gave him a couple's tips and demonstrations for him to work on, friendly, not intimidating, supportive, loved it

We had booked a Classic party for my kid last weekend!
It was wonderful day! Great host, fresh and delicious food, lots of exciting activities, reasonable prices!
Kids ask to come back to play again and try new activities.

Ordered wedges and they where cold ask for some fresh one but still came back cold! Not happy couldn't be bothered asking for a refund just know for next time not to buy anything.
Air conditioning is so cold maybe good idea to turn it down.

My daughter went to a party here. Amazing. The young guy who was hosting the party was fantastic and the kids all had a blast.

I enjoy yesterday at latitude i got to clim the pink poles, skye wall, bounce on the tramploine into the bags and fight with the worker in the foam pit.i never got the worker name he 19 has long hair and beard orange, he was really fun made me and my friends experience fantastic he encourage me to get over my fears and climb the poll and made basketball really fun doing slam dunks.would 100 percent go back, and recommend going especially after a busy dat to relax and enjoy.

Absolutely great! Unfortunately my son was caught up in a feud with another kid, although the staff handled it great. There is so much being offered and they all seem very enjoyable! The multiple times my son and I have been here have all been great.

I've always brought my kids for the past year to the kidzone area, and they've always loved it, but recently, the atmosphere from the staff and the centre seems lacking. We came through on Monday afternoon, and the centre was quiet for a while, but the staff that were sitting on the mats were more interested in talking to each other than interacting. I remember last year when the staff were very interactive and were always cleaning, but I guess covid regulations in the centre became less of a priority, and customer interaction is only necessary if there are more people. I'm just giving some honest feedback because it feels like your staff don't show a lot of care and passion in their job.

Great place, very spacious and obviously taking covid seriously with staff doing the right thing. Brilliant place to take the kids and worth paying a bit extra for 2 hours.

Friday night 3 hour session, great value for the kids who maximised their time only stopping to drink and scoff down burgers & chips.

This place is and has always been great for kids of all ages, however during my recent visit I was a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of their cafe tables given we are in a pandemic. I was there for a two hour session and food leftovers that I found on the tables were still there when I left. Like other patrons I had to use serviettes and a bit of water to clean the table I was sitting at. I appreciate that the might be short-staffed or they might be busy but it would be great to even have disinfectant wipes that patrons can use to wipe the tables before they sit just to feel a bit safe in the current environment.

Great time for the kids. Given the nature of the place and activities, hand sanitiser dispensers need to be filled. Disappointed to find it empty as we entered.

Greenacres - staff attendant at kiosk was lazy and rude. Upon check in staff gave my daughter the wrong coloured wrist band for her 2nd hour.
That's what you get when hire younger employees that need guidance and monitoring from more experienced and competent personnel.
Very disappointed with my visit for my daughters birthday.

Had a great Friday night here with the two grandsons aged 11 and 9. So much to keep them entertained. 3 hours for $30. Great value. Fabulous music. Plenty of seats and view of the kids.
Thanks to the delightful cafe staff for the perfect cups of tea and to Liam for being absolutely amazing with the kids and oldies alike. Well done crew!

Loads of play areas and lots of fun. Staff are really friendly and helpful.very kid and adult friendly
