My friends and I went as a group for a spa day and had an amazing time. The staff were all so lovely and professional. Thank you to everyone who looked after us.

The service I have received impeccable over the phone. The ladies have been more than extremely helpful and friendly. I have had to move multiple appointments and every single lady I have spoken to have been more than understanding and accommodating. They also have fantastic phone manner and are extremely nice. I really appreciate that type of service and am looking forward to going in because it seems like such a lovely place. What a lovely team.

Best skincare clinic in Adelaide. Tried a few but this one is no. 1. Well priced for the service and product received. Friendly staff and professional work ethic.

What an experience! It was my first visit to the clinic on Saturday, they took the time to have a complimentary consultation with me before my appointment to address any issues I had, and talk about my skin, I was feeling nervous because my skin is quite bad. However there was no need to be nervous, everyone was so nice and put me at ease no judgment at all just honest help. I couldn’t believe how luxurious my treatment was! This has got to be the best clinic in South Australia. Thankyou so much for your help girls my skin has had a drastic improvement and I couldn’t be happier x

Went to lasertech in hope that they would help with my acne little did I know they would make it worse and the director Olga kept saying “it gets worse before it gets better”. Just a bunch of money-hungry people, they’re not professionals at all and I do not recommend going to this place! Don’t waste your time & money. Go else where. They tend to promise you the world during your first few sessions & towards the end will come up with any excuse possible & lie especially the director. She’s full of lies you can almost see it through her. Also tries really hard to sell you unnecessary products, don’t fall for it. Or will give fake compliments like “wow your skin has improved so much” when it look exactly the same. Customer service is horrible, they will keep you waiting for 15-20 min without any apology or reason.

I was originally happy with my experience at Lasertech but after 6 sessions for laser tattoo removal I was left with a faded blue tattoo and scarred skin from laser burns (my tattoo was originally solid black and the size of a 50cent piece). I now face the challenge of removing the leftover blue, which is much more difficult than black, along with the added pain of treatment over already scarred tissue.

If you're looking for tattoo removal PLEASE PLEASE got to a business that just removes tattoos, not a spa. You will have much better results, quicker treatments and no scarring. There's no comparison!

THANK YOU to Lasertech Clinic for the most relaxing, romantic and unforgettable three hour day spa experience that my partner and I have ever had! We were greeted by warm and accomodating staff who gave us a tour of stunning rooms. We were treated to our own private steam room and plunge pool with a beautifully star lit skyline and then enjoyed a full body massage and facial (which was heavenly). We completed the journey in a private relaxation suite with a choice of herbal tea or champagne. We didn't want this experience to end!

I absolutely adore the staff and the treatments that I receive with every visit. They always do a terrific job and are so welcoming and friendly.

It is a wonderful place to treat yourself during the cold winter months. My skin felt fantastic after the treatment and the relaxing facial massage. The atmosphere was warm and peaceful. The customer service was very gentle and caring. I am so happy and looking forward to returning.

Absolutely the best Clinic. I have been visiting for over 7 years and am consistently treated with the upmost care and luxury. I have visited many clinics world wide but none compare to LaserTech. The clinic staff and technicians forever go above and beyond during my stay and take passion with every interaction they have. I always leave feeling pampered and very well looked after.

The clinic looks beautiful and the admin staff are always really friendly but the service is terrible. I've been a client for awhile now and they are always running at least half an hour late with every appointment, even for simple waxing/beauty treatments. They're also very pushy with sales and at times are misleading - I was initially quoted $400 for a treatment which ended up costing me close to $1000.

The first time i walked into the clinic, i could not believe it. Every part of it is so beautiful. They have thought of everything! The steam room and massage rooms are just incredible. This has to be the best day spa in Adelaide in my view - and they also have lots of excellent clinical services like tattoo removal, hair removal and skin rejuvenation. This is definitely my oasis in the city!

I could not recommend this clinic highly enough! Olga, Claire and Adriana are so lovely. Very professional and welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Again, I couldn't rate this clinic highly enough. Visiting was the best thing I ever did!

Whenever in Adelaide, I always make the time to indulge at Lasertech! Beautiful clinic, amazing treatments available and such a great bunch of therapists always ensures it's a great experience.

Don't ever use this place for tattoo removal. They are expensive, promise everything you want to hear, and they don't remove the tattoo.

However, they do enjoy telling you after every session its fading and wow this is working great - but really it looks exactly the same as the 3 sessions before!

Waste of money - anyone who is looking for tattoo laser I say with 100% confidence do NOT use them!

Great experience, service and aesthetically pleasing - professionalism and friendliness of this place will bring me back again and again!
