Stay away from Laser Clinic if you want good skin, all they’ll do is burn you, give you a bacterial infection that results in scarring and tell you it’s not their fault.

From start to finish Kirsty my fabulous injector is so professional, exact in her placement of product and educational in regards to process, pre/post expectations and side effects. At the same time you are left feeling that you had visited a friend with a bonus of feeling amazing. Kirsty is in short an amazing person and a equally amazing injector

Prue is an expert in her field with a wealth of customer service and relations experience. She is awesome at what she does and always makes my experience at laser clinics memorable. Even my friends only prefer Prue. It is because of her that I have been coming to laser clinics for so long. I truly hope she is valued in her team for her skills.

I experienced results unsatisfactory to me after 15 sessions of laser hair removal (and more sessions before that at the Adelaide store). They are refusing to refund any money I have paid after I raised my complaint with them.

Worst customer service I received from Prue. She was so rude and she has so much attitude. She thinks she is running a very busy clinic but she doesn't know why they are busy because of their customers. They don't have enough staff. They think they are running huge hospital. She doesn't know how handle their customers. Very disappointed after spending $500 received very poor service

Fantastic and friendly service at the clinic. Lisa P is an absolutely gem and really knows her stuff. I feel very comfortable going for my laser and Lisa is always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend Lisa and the team at Laser Clinics Tea Tree Plaza!

First time having laser hair removal done so I was a bit nervous but beauty technician Shai made sure to make my experience as comfortable as possible as well as answering any questions I had about the treatment. The staff are professional, super nice and seem to really care about the well-being of their customers. Highly recommend ttp laser clinics!
