They served me burnt fried rice and it tasted burnt. There were black burn marks on the rice grains and vegetables. It was the worst fried rice I've ever tried. The beef pho was completely devoid of any flavor besides a bit of salt. The steamed dumplings were ok but still lacking any flavor. My wife's pad thai was the best of the things we ordered, but didn't hold up to what you'd get at any thai restaurant, let alone Thailand. Prices were adequate if the food was adequate, which it was not.

Lovely food and friendly staff! We had a great meal that was altered to be gluten free- great serving sizes, special mention to the delicious Prawn Choo Chee Curry. Will be going back for the Pho and Laksa next time!

The service was absolutely shocking. Inattentive, disinterested, slow, no initiative, too quiet, just overall bad. We had to get up and actually ask for cutlery.

Food was average. The dumplings we had were ok but they seemed microwaved as the outside was hard where it was joined to seal the dumplings.

Satay skewers were nice, but the peanut sauce was just lacking something. But pretty good.

Lemongrass chicken was weird. Seemed like it had been marinated with something you’d get for $3 from coles.

Mongolian chicken was actually very nice, it was the one good thing about the experience.

Shame really as I like to support small local businesses.

We know our Asian food and we thought the food was pretty average here. The Tom Yum and Hokkien noodles were bland. The Pad Thai and Laksa faired better but for the money, we won’t return.

This is the worst food we have had in along time. Ordered takeaway, didn't get what we ordered, servings very small, tasteless and both of us were sick after eating it. Stay away.

Came for a quick dinner after sport. I ordered Chinese greens and a vegetarian wok toss. Both dishes were disproportionately French beans which were clearly off. Some had visible soft, brown patches, but even those that didn't tasted off. Once all of the beans were removed there was only a small amount left that was edible. Certainly won't be returning.

Attempted to call for a takeaway on a Saturday night - staff picked up the phone then hung up multiple times. Very unprofessional.

Pad Thai is $18 now? ! Ordered the takeaway through phone. The only menu I can found is the one on their Facebook. It says $14. So I ordered it without doubt. When I came to the restaurant and to pay. They told me the menu was changed about two months. It’s plenty time to update the menu. Also For $4 rising for a noodle is so ridiculous. Also didn’t get informed of pricing changes at all. Such a ripoff. Shame on you!

Excellent food from fresh ingredients plus a variety of wine. Restaurant is in accessible location. Lang supports local producers and offers them to the community at very reasonable prices.

I am Vietnamese and some say very hard to please. Do yourselves a favour and come eat at this little gem. The host Lang is delightful. One of the best outside Vietnam.

Staying at the McLaren Vale Lakeside Caravan Park we decided to bunker down in the wet on a Saturday evening and order a mix of starters and a healthy serving of the combination Singapore noodles. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh and the best we have ever had, the serve of pan fried dumplings heavenly, while my hubby helped himself to the Singapore noodles and was seriously impressed with the size and amount of prawns. We will order again! Thank you x

The lady was so nice and kind. She offered to cook for us even though the kitchen was closed. The home grown tomatoes they sold were also fresh

Delightfully fresh and tasty meals. First time diners and it was so lovely. The service was exceptional and attentive. We will definitely be back.

The take away menu is Asian fusion and the dine in menu is completely different, modern Australian. Confusing.

Got take away with my family for dinner amazing delicious food fresh vegetables and also sells great fresh self grown vegetables and fruit that is much cheaper than shops and also really nice young workers!

Langs is a top class restaurant food is fresh daily and she cooks with tender loving care. It is a pleasure to eat at Langs.

So glad we tried Langs for a relaxed birthday dinner. Food was amazing and well priced. 3 (not fussy) kids were impressed too. Staff were young, polite and gave just the right amount of service. We honestly couldn't day anything negative. Every single item on the menu sounds awesome and can't wait to go back to try something else! The gem of the Vale.
