Blake and his workmates did the landscaping of our backyard and we were extremely satisfied with their friendly attitude and professionalism.

Not happy with their poor communication and extremely low quality of painting that looked like a toddler had done it. Lots of mess, a lot of delays, and they would not answer emails or phone calls for 11 days and I thought that they had disappeared or closed! They then tried to blame it on me as I had given them two contacts and they could not cope with that, and then I had to pay someone else to resolve the bad work that they did.
Edit: Case in point - this feedback was left in Jan 2023, and they did not respond until Oct 2023, nine months later.

Absolutely amazing they are very professional and efficient and very kind and respectful Michael did all my repairs with skill and precision and had outstanding patience with my special needs children and I would highly and strongly recommend them to everyone

Phill and Rick the Gardeners were very experienced and did not need much direction to what they should do for us.
Very happy with there work, I hope they come again.

A fantastic result for our Littlehampton home. Thanks to Howard who arrived and transformed our house to a pristine condition in readiness for the new owners to move in. The place was sparkling and looked brand new from floor to ceiling. I'm amazed. I was also expecting a hefty bill but the final cost was reasonable and considering the amount of work which was done, I was pleasantly surprised. Lancasters' price matched the lowest quote I received for my fence and the quality of their work is of the highest order. The overall quality and the little touches like the custom hinge for a gate on a slope, which was fabricated on site, show a level of skill missing from most contractors. You can probably get someone quicker, they're always busy.because they are skilled craftsman who won't rip you off.easily worth the extra couple of weeks wait
