Lam Inn Chinese Restaurant reviews
20Rice & salt n pepper squid both over cooked.rice with extras.hair called to advise, no care factor
The young lady at the front wasn't sure if she could provide a table for us.
She was just frozen until the owner from behind came and said yes.
Pricey and small portion food.
The owner rushed us in making our order.
She was not being careful while providing us with service plates. It sliped off her hand, it almost felt like she threw those plates on our table.
We felt being served differently or weren't expected.
However, the wait staff who served us later was nice.for her smile, and for making us feel welcomed finally.
We left after 15 mins once our food arrived.
I went to Lam In last week Friday night with my two kids loved it. We had the best waitress she was very friendly. Came up from Adelaide for an break
We had wonderful experience at Lam Inn. The food was tasty and quantity was enough for two of us.
Please please deliver. You should go on Menulog. Alot of people I know would love that. Soooo PLEASE deliver your yummy food
Ordered the banquet for 4 people cost $66 and was a bargain the food was so delicious and got and excellent variety will definitely order again
I found the food seemed nice but it little pricey.a little rushed also. Staff were polite and meals served quickly
Good food, really liked the soup with the banquet, plenty of great tasting food and nice size servings. Highly recommended.
Will not go back.was told my order would be ready in 45 mins/took almost 2 hours to get a simple order.
Anglocised food to suit local tastes, but overall much better than the sugary gluey food served in Pagoda in Adelaide, where you will not find any self respecting Chinese eating there. But the service and attention by the lady boss in Lam Inn was quite good. Will take my colleagues there.
Their beef black bean is amazing! And their customer service is fantastic! Best Chinese in town!
Excellent food cooked to perfection. Chicken, beef and prawns were all tender, juicy and tasty. Highly recommended.
Slow had to wait an hour for fried rice and soup when it would off been already cooked but in the end I enjoyed it
Good food, there was abit of a wait and the restaurant, especially the outside could use an update.
Delicious yummy Chinese food, even though the take away waiting time was a bit too long today. It was busy so understandable. Friendly service and I even recieved a bag of free prawn chips! Definitely will come back again, highly recommend.
The food was lovely, but I think I was invisible as the waitress offered everyone on our table a drink apart from me, and then gave everyone chopsticks, but me.
Super friendly staff accommodated my partner and I for a late Monday meal (they kept the kitchen open so my partner and I could unwind and dine out after finishing at 8pm at work) - thank you!
Food- flavoursome, quick and as always love the freshness of a sizzling hot plate (we had Mongolian lamb and garlic chicken, lots of vegetables and very generous portion sizes!). Singapore noodles as recommended were very tasty too.
Very inexpensive and expansive drinks menu too!
Maybe some music for ambience could be nice, but maybe none as we were late!
Recommend if in Whyalla:)
After being away for 20 years the first place I thought of was here and to find out that it's still open with good reviews is great I'm going to dine there very soon and I can't wait
It's a great little restaurant, food is probably the best Chinese in Whyalla.the prices vary, depending on what you get, but they so have some nice deals.
