I'd give this outfit one star however their tradies are highly skilled and get the job done in a matter of minutes. It's getting them onsite in a timely manner that's the problem and the company's administration leaves a LOT to be desired! As their contract with Housing SA expires at the end of the year (2022) maybe they'll have to actually work hard to EARN their business rather than taking it for granted and treating Housing SA tenants like rubbish. The only rubbish here is this company - hopefully their tradies find work elsewhere as they deserve employment with a company that actually cares about people and not just profits! If you want to wait several weeks for urgent building repairs, this is the company for you! If you want your work performed in a timely manner, steer well clear of this dodgy mob!

I'm a sparkie and take aot of pride in my work the job is what the job is. At Lake the supervisor told me I'm deserving a Rolls Royce for a Minni Minors price. It's not my fault the accepted below average dollars for tasks that have fixed prices. Plumbers and Electricians are regulated un like painters were paint can be diluted. The sad thing is it's wasted tax payers money and at the expense of the tenants time. If you do need to work for the don't stoop to their low standards. Oh for got to mention the pay and award is rediculas, the only consultation is the founder is no longer but ironically his eba still lives on through Lake Maintenance.

Damage to my lounge room cieling from moisture coming in from the roof being un covered and broken damaged areas where dodgy scaffolding had been put. Claimed to treat and clean mold. Even said they would come and fix because it wasn't good enough. Waiting waiting don't hold your breath! And don't go through these people. They have no business working with vulnerable people who are with housing sa. Horrible business people and cut corners and claim work done that they have lied about. Beware avoid at all cost. And someone please stop their housing sa contract!

We had damage at our house that required immediate attention. The contractor called us, made an appointment and arrived on time as scheduled. We are very appreciative of the quick response and great service in resolving the issue. Thank you.

Avoid this company at all costs.not sure if their plumbers are actually plumbers.apparently the reason i have no hot water in my bath is due to qtr turn tapware.had 2 other plumbers out saying its not yet.yet my 2 other plumbers are liars according to this company.

Had Luke come out twice this week to fix some problems I had in my townhouse and I found him to be a very friendly and polite guy and he did a fantastic job as well! Would gladly have him back again if I have anymore maintenance problems.

Dont bother with this so called company as they dont turn up in the timeframe they are meant to for hot water system issue, then they turn up days later without letting me know & i was out.i called them & waited for 20 minutes on hold to be told they would be out the following day & waited all day with nobody coming, dont waste your time on a dead beat company as they are that for sure.

These guys are a total disgrace complete cowboys. Trained my arse their work is dodgy and rough at best

A laughing stock of a company! Wouldn't spend a dime on them the work isn't even close to being professional. Neither are the employees for that fact!

Im in a housing trust and they use this company for any repairs in their house an they get a 2 day frame to came to the property it was on the last day an a hour before the trades finish so l ring and found the plumer for my area broke his ankle an said okay well some one else then they didnt like that but what had made is dislike this company they did not think.to contact me to tell me the plumer had broken his ankle an they will try to send some one out.and when l rang today they couldnt care less about my problem

Company has communicated with us very well and the last plumber and electrician were outstanding. Previous plumbers have been horrid and our bathroom is so faulty on so many levels, but the latest plumber was great. Recently had some young gentleman measure up for alterations and they were great. I believe that some previous sub contractors were below par but the ones I have had lately I can't fault. I also found the reception staff and manager to be extremely helpful.

The worst ever no one now what they are doing my bath is leaking 10 weeks now from first phone call.lost count of how many plumbers have come. 4 weeks ago told they need to do asbestos test wich was done and came back on the 20th december as negitive finally booked in for today to have bath replaced first thing i was told.turned up at 9am went to bathroom them outside on phone came in and told me the test was not done properly so need to re do it so i wait again.this is beyound a joke i rent from housing trust so have no choice but i guess each time they send someone they get payed for the call out so this is why they do it. I have contacted the housing ombubman to look into it as housing trust needs to find new trade people.
