Absolutely horrible experience. Waited 45 minutes for them to pick me up just for them to drive in to the carpark, look at me and leave without even stopping. One of the worst running companies in mount gambier

Pre booked for pickup at the airport, flight was postponed so later time pickup required. Contacted to arrange later time, which was confirmed, and then no ride waiting at airport on arrival. Very disappointed but used another taxi company who were already at airport.

I rang early in the day to book in a specific time to be picked up. The person on the phone said absolutely no worries see you then. I waited 47 minutes outside in the rain before I a rang another taxi service to pick me up. They got there in 5 mins.

Absolutely disgraceful, why have a booking system if its not going to be used.

Wouldn't bother using again. Rang and booked 5 hours before pick up. When they didn't arrive, rang them and they said they were too busy. That's the whole point of booking ahead.

Theirs one or two drivers that give the Business a bad name but when no one new is wanting to work as a taxi driver you can only work with what you have.

Checked my credit card statement online and discovered l had been charged $94.85 to travel to Mt Gambier Airport. I thought it must have been a simple mistake by the driver when typing in the charge.but after contacting this company l was told the minimum charge is $90 for their taxis to take you to the airport.
Thankfully not the only taxi service in Mt Gambier.
As a comparison Rex Airlines only charged me $129 to travel by plane to Adelaide.

Poor service compared to any world wide taxi company would rather walk to my destination or wait upon another taxi company to arrive in time.

Usually Fast pick up unless very busy which is fair enough.friendly drivers and dispatch was quick and efficient

Driver was very rude towards me and my daughter, was not happy that we had a pram with us and he had to fit it in and very expensive $10.90 to go 1.2km

Wouldn't accept a taxi voucher with my name on it which my sister tried to use, even though they said they would accept it the night before. The driver wouldn't even look at it and blatantly refused to listen.

It was valid and I even had 2 used and CHECKED at an earlier date, they were provided for transport due to a lack of a personal vehicle, my sister doesn't have a licence so she can't drive.

If I could put negative stars I would waited over an hour and when trying to call to see where it was I was repeatedly hung up on. So call vears taxi they only took 5 mins.

Waited over an hour before calling back up to see where they were.they would see my number and hang up straight away 3 times.called Vears taxi and they were here within 10 minutes.never going with Lake city again.

Lake City taxis has never been my first choice. There is a worker who used to drive for the company but has since become the dispatch call manager. I have quite a few friends say that he is honestly just too short with passengers and can be quite condescending. Very minor enquiries set him off.the typical questions you would expect from a passenger to a driver.calling to find out how much longer you may be. This can be anywhere up to 45 minutes past their arrival time estimate. Paying with coins instead of notes. Adding someone to the fair, change of destination. It really is just quiet ridiculous and unprofessional. I for one hope he retires exactly when he should.

Me and my partner got threatened by one of the taxi drivers once, now they refuse to pick me up from my house when I was never in the wrong, they ignored me over the phone when I tried to talk to management, they kept hanging up then refused to answer.

Booked a taxi for a specific time. Never showed up. Tried to call them. Wouldn’t pick up. Had to call someone to come and get me and was late for work. Thanks!

Excellent drivers. No problems there. The girl in the office can not get a cab to you on time, even though it's booked hours earlier. Go Vears

Can always get a taxi but always changing price. Mangers of this company should look into the taxi drivers and there job. *Double charging
