We were looking for a place to meet a friend. I searched around online. Found excellent reviews. We had to go.
I am so glad that we did. Easy to book a table, Mary is a lovely lady.
I loved the interior and atmosphere straight away. Beautiful art work. Clean and well presented.
Staff were attentive and friendly. Service was excellent.
I enjoyed the lasagne. My other guests had pasta as well and loved it. Servings are not huge. I think that is well thought out. I would rather have good quality, no wastage. Well done. This left us with room for dessert and coffee. I am glad we did too. I had the tiramisu and it was excellent. Not over flavoured. Texture and presentation and flavour fantastic. Probably one of the best tiramisu's that I have ever eaten.
Latte's were good too.
I do think the music was a bit loud. But maybe I am just getting old. I know if I had asked for it to be a bit lower, there would have been no problem. Staff made a huge effort to make sure that we were happy.
A great open kitchen! Nothing to hide here. The goodies in the front are fantastic. Really beautiful things that could easily be used as gifts. Really well set out.

Meals were at a good price too. Well worth the 25 minutes to drive there.

I highly recommend this awesome little restaurant. All the food I ate every night for a week was absolutely delicious. The staff are so wonderful and the atmosphere was great.

I've never been there before but did notice how spotlessly clean it was, the menu was quite large and the service was good. The food I had there was delicious. They were very covid aware which I liked the staff member was lovely I will definitely go back

Charging restaurant prices however serving cafe size meals and the staff trying to hurry the patrons from the moment they sit down … Italian restaurants are supposed to be welcoming and the food eaten slowly so you can enjoy your food and company we felt rushed from the moment we sat down …. Never again

We ALWAYS get takeaway catering from this place — their tony special pasta is my all time favourite! Tonight was the first time I’m eating dine in and I’m famished! Upon entering it said booking essential. Anyhow it looked quiet so I went in and asked if they could spare a seat for 1. They were not welcoming at all. The waitress sat me on a table with a menu and left without a word, came back to take my order again without speaking a word but “any drinks? ”. My food took a while to arrive and was never spoken to thereafter. Needless to say, I’d rather just TAKEAWAY.

Very disappointing and extremely expensive. Couldn't go to our usual place tonight, had heard good reports about this place so thought we would give them a try.never again! Pizza and garlic bread were very disappointing especially for the price. Pasta apparently was okay but have had better.

Place, food and staff were wonderful however cost a fortune and went home hungry! Serving size of pasta was way to small for the price!

Lovely meal, good value for money. Staff were excellent. We had a large group behind us who were not considerate of others dining around them.

Sensational food, highly recommend the tortellini alla panna. Great selection of fresh ready to go take away pasta too. Car parking is limited, to some degree but food far out ways the walk.

Went here for the first time and now booked for another dinner! Veal Saltimbocca was great and generous and the pasta was delicious but not a big feed. Quality and service was great so going back!

So welcoming and entertaining staff, especially Mary and the not-so-old gentleman, positive ambience, tasty food from a knowledgeable cook, a very pleasant stopover indeed.

First time there, had good reports about the place from friends, went there for a meal, excellent meal, all staff friendly, elderly man was really nice, will go again

A nice place out of my expectations. Had a group dinner over 15 people, and everyone seems being taken cared of very well. Decent decor, friendly service, ordered a Chilli Fettuccine Carbonara pasta and absolutely delicious. Taste, portion and presentation of the dish have been balanced with high standards, recommended.

I had the gnocchi rose tonight and it was the best gnocchi I have ever had!
The staff were also really warm and friendly too ️
Will definitely be back again!

Great tasting Italian food & really fabulous service! If you don't live in the local area - visit! It is well worth it.

The Garlic Bread was phenomenal. I HIGHLY suggest ordering it. The pasta was good, very fresh, but smaller portions than I was hoping for. I ordered the ravioli and was disappointed by the serving size and the blandess of the sauce. The other dishes were great and my friends really enjoyed.

Been here twice now. The food is excellent, the range of wine is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommended their lamb shank - which they also offer as a small serving - and the affogato for dessert is to die for!

Best pasta in my life. And I’ve been to Italy plenty of times.

Upd. We went back to try their pizza and it’s also the best I’ve had in my life.

Great food great price great service. Been coming here a while and will continue to do so, so good.

We had a lovely evening and food was delectable. The selection catered to all our different tastes. Hospitality of staff was charming.
