I have always appreciated Dr Diamantis kindness in appointments, and am thankful for his generosity too. He has helped with my husband in past for reflux and how it affected his voice. I see him for regular management of ear wax removal due to previous ear drum repair (not allowed to have it syringed). He has been helpful in seeking out hearing aids too.

Went to Dr. Diamantis for chronic sinus infections to be told I needed surgery. I had the surgery and it fixed the chronic sinus infections somewhat however after six months I was having chronic ear infections and issues. That I would be going to him every few weeks to be charged for only 5-10 minutes and be told to take oral antibiotics or ear drops and it should clear it up. After a few months this didn’t help, and was told I needed grommets unfortunately they didn’t last even three months. After months of this and multiple trips to the ED and still no answer I went to another ENT who has been great and has helped a lot.

The most unkind, unprofessional doctor i have ever seen.i suffer with many mental health problems and therefore i find it really hard to talk to people i don’t know.i called up my mum so she could talk to him instead and he argued with me that he wouldn’t speak to her.i have never felt more uncomfortable and out of place.i told him that the surgery he made me get left my nose crooked and dent but before i could even finish my sentence he told me your nose is the straightest it has ever been.he absolutely ruined my whole day.i highly recommend seeing anyone else but him.horrible experience.

This is the only time I have had a medical consultation and not been provided with a statement showing schedule fee and medicare rebate. Making it difficult to claim procedure cost on private health cover. Office staff not helpful.

Diagnosed me with atrophic rhinitis, took me visits to 2 other ENT before I was convinced that he was wrong. Caused me all sorts of psychological pain and months before I slept properly again.
