I’ve been to 3 sessions now at KX Tea tree gully, I’m not one to normally enjoy exercise but I have felt really motivated and excited the day before each session. I already feel stronger and more energised, I’m really happy to have found something that fits into my lifestyle and doesn’t feel like a chore. Shout out to Christina, she is always enthusiastic (even on a Sunday morning), encouraging and always corrects you if your doing something wrong!
