4I love KX at Semaphore. I usually hate working out and have tried going to different gyms but drop out after a few months. KX is the only workout I have stuck to over the last couple of years. Everyone is so nice and encouraging and I really could not speak more highly of the team and the classes.
Love coming to this studio each week! Staff are super friendly and supportive, and the workouts are challenging:)
I love this space.
Beautiful set up, open and welcoming, and the trainers are fabulous.
Sofie and Leah are amazing as are the rest of the team, and it's just different to the other KXs I've been to (this one is my fav), the workouts are great, their energy is so good. I don't live particularly close but I try and make the effort at least once a week when I can to get down here to do a class!
Can't go without mentioning Biggie (the studio doggo) is so well behaved and always up for some pats, scratches and cuddles.tbh the drawcard hahaha
Awesome team, knowledgeable, welcoming and a great place to get a sweat up! I was introduced to Kx Pilates by a friend and together with the team at semaphore and the training itself, this product is not only addictive but has also improved my stamina, stability, mobility and strength in other areas of my training. Nothing but ️
