4.2.2023 - Thank you so much to Sophia and the team for helping us throw our amazing wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and spacious. The food was incredible. Lots of drink choices. The bar is large and the bridal suite is perfect. Sophia takes care of every guest and was able to help us throw together final decorative touches the day before. Very happy with Krystal Function Centre. Highly recommend.

A beautiful venue with ample seating capacity. Sophia and her team were simply fantastic! She was available all through the lead up to our event and made the whole thing relatively stress free. The team were also flexible and easily adapted to unforeseen and changing circumstances on the night.

I attended a black tie dinner for my church last week along with around 240 others. I have a number of dietary restrictions and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Matt an hour before the function. He identified himself as the chef from the Krystal Function Centre and was checking on how best to accommodate me and ensure that he was able to meet my dietary requirements. I organised a table of 10 and all my guests made favourable remarks about the delicious food, all served hot and in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The decor and ambiance was second to none.
The only negative was the music as it was too loud to have a conversation but the DJ was an outside operator that the Function Centre had no control over. Perhaps dinner music would have been better and to save the loud music for dancing to at the end?
All in all we were very impressed with this venue and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to hold a large function. Your guests will be very impressed.

We had our wedding reception at the Krystal Function Centre on the 7th of July, and Sophia and her team truly went above and beyond in making our wedding night truly unforgettable. My husband and I didn't see the venue set up until we had our entrance and I was so shocked at how beautiful the place was! It caught me so off guard that I forgot our cheeky little dance entrance for a hot minute The venue was magical, I was in so much awe and I cannot be thankful enough for Sophia for being so thoughtful on her add-ons in the venue to make the place look even more stunning! From the high gloss walkway, the entrance and bridal dance fireworks, and to the lighting, ahh I cannot thank you enough! Truly an exceptional team. The staff and their service were incredible (big shoutout to the bartenders that tolerated us that night lol - even took a 'shot' with the girls and bride), the food, oh my god was phenomenal. They were able to easily cater all dietary requirements and everyone was fed very well - we all left with a happy tummy. I don't even have our photos yet from our wedding day but our guests had captured incredible pictures of the night and they look perfect in every angle - not a single bad spot in the venue thanks to their awesome lighting! All of our vendors overall were fantastic in creating our dream wedding, but The Krystal Function Centre and their beautiful team really made our dream wedding reception come to true life. I cannot recommend you guys enough! Friendly staff, clean venue, easy to access, professional service and staff, good range of drinks

One star as that is I can't post a review otherwise. Attended a wedding on the weekend. Midway through the wedding one of the pyrotechnics went off and and set the fake flower arrangement above the bridal table on fire. The manager of the venue grabbed the closest fire extinguisher (ABE dry chemical powder) and proceeded to put the fire out with no warning. Covering the Bride and Groom in powder as well as the bridal party. Two of the bridesmaids are heavily pregnant and a mother with her 3 month old were all within the area that was covered with powder.

The manager then proceeded to argue about not wanting to ruin the couple first dance (dance was over) putting everyones health and safety at risk instead of cleaning up the powder (Roughly an hour later it got cleaned up) as well as make up none existent type of fire extinguisher such as a baking powder extinguisher. Admitting that she knew that the floral arrangement was flammable and the pyrotechnics shouldn't have been underneath it.

As someone who has worked in the fire industry and know what the chemical can do. Her display of unprofessional and disregard for peoples safety is an utter disgrace. The manager of the venue should be ashamed of the behaviour she displayed after the incident.
We have tried to contact them and are still yet to hear back.

My brother had his wedding here. The team and manager Sophie were amazing. They made their night wonderful and everything they wanted! Sophie is definitely someone you want to be working behind the scenes to ensure your event is everything you wanted!

Great place for wedding reception. Sophia and the team were so helpful on our wedding day. They made our wedding night stress free, memoriable and absolutely beautiful. Very professional and amazing service. Highly recommended.

Very nice function centre. I was there to do a Training course, not for a function so yet to experience all they have to offer but what I saw was lovely, would definitely go there for a function.

We had our wedding reception at this beautiful venue. Everything about this venue and staffs were mind blowing, the service was more than perfect. Sophia and the team at the Krystal were professional and friendly towards each and every of our guests. We were very impressed and amazed on the day.

The team at Krystal function centre are great and very supportive. The event manager was amazing in helping us organise an event in a short time

Sophia and the team at Krystal were so helpful and accommodating for our wedding. Even in times of stress, Sophia talked me through everything and managed to calm me down.
The food was absolutely amazing and the hall exceeded all expectations, it was absolutely stunning.
We are still receiving compliments and how much of a good time everyone had a weeks later.
I couldn't recommended a more suitable venue for your wedding. Food, service and friendly staff was incredible.

Would never ever recommend Krystal function Centre to anyone as a friend of the bride had the worst customer service experience ever, especially Sophia as the new manager extremely unprofessional, racist and have no idea of what she’s doing extremely rude and disrespectful

We had our wedding here on the 4th September 2021 and I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Sophia and her team went above and beyond to make our night extra perfect! 100% recommend this place for anyone wanting the perfect reception?

We recently had our wedding at the Krystal Function Centre & it was not only the best day of our lives but choosing this venue was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Joanna & her team that my husband had to thank everyone in his speech because we were blown away & beyond happy with everything. The venue is stunning & the food was amazing. We are still getting comments about how delicious, fresh & tasty the food was. Joanna was amazing throughout the whole planning & we are extremely grateful for her help along the way. I couldn’t recommend the Krystal Function Centre enough. Amazing! ️

The place is clean, staff were very nice and friendly & lots of space for parking of cars and also the food were very tasty and yummy!

The staff at Krystal Function Centre made our wedding night one that we will be talking about for years to come, every aspect of the night was amazing and our family and friends have not stopped raving on about how wonderful the staff were, how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue looked. We really appreciate how accommodating Joanna and the staff were to our needs and our guests needs, we felt that all the staff really took care of us on the night and made sure that everyone had the best time. We are so happy that we chose to celebrate our wedding at the Krystal Function Centre and will be recommending them to everyone we know.
