Krispy Kreme

I realise I'm in the minority, but their doughnuts taste stodgy and overly sweet. Catering to American tastes I suppose, I give these a wide berth

The staff are great. The coffee is good too. The donuts are Krispy Kreme which either like or don't. There is icecream and other snacks. Wish there was more seating options

We got what few coffee here they were made perfect. Probably the one of the best coffee I have had. The sweetness was spot on and it wasn't to hot

Hard to find parking nearby if you are picking up orders due to the busy street. Staff friendly. Phone orders an option.

I was not happy when I had to wait 10+ minutes for my coffee. There was only one other customer! However, the donuts and actual food was tasty.

Original glaze is the best! They have lots of other varieties in donuts, they seems overpriced. I didnot find them that good compares to original glaze.

We stopped by to get some donuts on Christmas day and the cashier was not welcoming and very rude.

Don't know why people go crazy over Krispy Kreme doughnuts, they just all starch, water and starch with icing on too.

Female toilet was DISGUSTING poo all over the floor and toilet It was so bad I had to use the mens. Told 2 staff who did not seems to really care

Kids loved the donut decorating session run here. The young lad that supervised/ran the session was so patient and helpful.

We go there sometimes for a sweet or coffee with kids sometimes after dinner. Seriously, I am not a fan of donuts but kids always love donuts. We had received the worst customer service ever on Gouger Street Krispy Kreme tonight. We went there after dinner around 9: 10pm. After ordering our ice-creams and coffees, we were not allowed to sit inside the shop or using the toilet. We had to sit outside with two young kids when it was 10 degree Celsius outside the shop. The guy (he was the cashier named David) claimed himself a boss/owner of the store spoke impolitely and we were trying to use the toilet as customers then he said it’s closed at 9: 30pm but it was only 9: 20pm when I showed him the clock on his eftpos machine. Then he shouted at us and asked us to leave the shop without give us full refund. Worst experience ever. No more Krispy Kreme ever again. Thanks.

Doughnuts taste ok, donut king is better. Service is really poor. The girl I just spoke to sounded so confused and wouldn’t let me order what I wanted, saying she could only sell older doughnuts. What?

Donuts and coffee is great couldn't complain

Cleaness of toilets omg disgusting family and I went in for a coffee and donut last night 8pm after dinnee had my 7 month of daughter with me she needed changing baby change table and toilets filthy i went outside to the back room and changed her on the couch the young guy working opened it for me he was lovely after I complained other than that service and food amazing.
Please hire a cleaner or teach your stuff to clean toilets on a regular basis.

Poor customer service by the man at 1100am on Sunday the 4th of Feb. Wont be bringing the kids back at all

I don't get it, The Slow degradation of Society, maybe. This particular KK is nice because of the people, 4 stars, but its a KK, poison instead of food, made to fatten us up, 0 stars. 4/10 = 2/5

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. THE DONUGHTS ARE FRESH AND DELICIOUS. I EAT HERE FOR DINNER EVERY NIGHT FOR DESSERT WITH MY KIDS THAT I NEVER HAD. ALSO I AM VERY FAT. AND UNHEALTHY. I AM PROBABLY GONNA DIE FROM DIABETES.

Friendly staff great space to have a party or a quiet catch up with friends at the markets. Great coffee buy 4 get one free deal. Excellent deal.

Awesome range of tasty doughnuts and the store has a large seating area with tables at the back. It's a good place to go with a group of people especially if you're a doughnut fan. Staff are friendly and service was good.
