Customer service is very poor. The cashier has a rude attitude. She’s not approachable, this girl with piercing with her nose. His giving bad vibe and bad image with the brand. So annoying.

Donuts are always so fresh and yummy! The recent scooby doo donuts were fantastic! The staff were average, the woman that served me looked and acted like she rather be ANYWHERE else. Didn’t greet me, didn’t speak to me, pointed at the eftpos machine.

Donuts here never disappoint, great value especially on OG bulk purchase. Coffee was sloppy though. Still 5 stars for donuts

Went to this krispy kreme around 7-8 pm today.dont know his name but the guy at the register was so nice and helpful. He definitely needs alot appreciation!

Never enough workers, they only serve one person at a time and when they want a drink it’s going to be at least five minutes before someone else gets served. All I ever want is a couple of donuts and it’s ridiculous to have to wait 15+ minutes for this.

I visited the shop this morning (Tue 11/7/23 around 9: 15am) and had bad experience. I wanted to buy a box of mixed donuts, and the girl at the counter tried to charge me extra dollars. I questioned the price, and the girl with bad attitude stopped serving me, asked me to wait, and served other two customers who came after me first. I always go to this shop when my team has morning tea, but if this kind of bad service continues, I will change to other donut or cupcake shops.

Staff is very rude, especially one girl working in the evening shift … does not want to treat the customer, engage in cleaning, not serving. Very disappointed.

Consistent quality coffee / donut takeaway. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes as it's a small venue with usually only one or two staff on, this can mean a bit of a wait when they are managing a few coffee orders.

Donuts are okay but don't go here for an iced chocolate/mocha, as it's absolutely powdery and undrinkable, the drink looked ridiculous when handed to me filled with lumps of undissolved cocoa powder. When I presented it back to the staff member letting them know it's filled with powder and undrinkable, and asked if there's anything we can do about that, she just said something along the lines of "yeah that's how it is when you get it iced here, because of the chocolate powder we use". No offer to make me something else that could actually be drinkable. Poor customer service and in my opinion a store probably should avoid selling food or drink that doesn't actually work and is generally unpleasant to consume (not due to personal preferences, but due to it being poorly made). A waste of my money and it got thrown out shortly after a too long attempt made by me at mixing the lumps in.

Best coffee in adelaide and great price the staff are very proffesional love being able to use the OTR app to order in the morning

Pop in when in the city, today though was disappointed in service. Ordered the combo THICKSHAKE, received milkshake texture. Sure was rectified but had to reiterate on daughters shake as staff member stated that it sat for a while. Seriously, the texture was milkshake. Here's a tip, staff member shouldn't chat with other staff member (not in uniform behind counter & concentrate on orders properly)

Very mean staff were throwing out doghnuts in front of me and didn’t give me a free one when I asked Nicely

Had to come here as I promised my son a Krispy Kreme donut after his hospital visit. 1 staff member on, 20 minute wait, customers were leaving as the service was sooo slow.will never return. They really have set the bar high for poor customer service

Terrible service. The shop was supposed to close at 6pm. I went there 5: 30pm today and saw 5 original donuts. But they packed the donuts straightaway when I walked in. I asked 4 original donuts and a cup of coffee. They said no original donuts left, and coffee was not available due to the coffee machine turned off. Who doesn't sell the donuts because they wanna take for themselves? Who does turn the coffee machine off 30 minutes before the closing time because they wanna go home early? I would not hire those kids if I was a manager. Good luck

Ordered 2 takeaway coffees one with sugar and one without. Sugar put in both while we watched. When we opened the coffees they were both only 2/3 filled with coffee and the rest froth. The young lady serving today needs training on how to make sure customers return. These customers certainly will not.

I don't understand what the fuss is about, the doughnuts taste fake, look plastic and are just meh.

Every Monday, I buy a cup of coffee from this place, I always bring my reusable coffee cup because I am not happy with paper or disposable ones. Yesterday they didn't accept my order and told me 'because of COVID-19 we can not do it'. I wonder when they don't wear masks and gloves and the city is not in a special situation why they say that. Those guys are worried about their health and my neat steel mug but I shouldn't worry about the thing I buy! Anyway, I think we should save the earth planet and I won’t order coffee in paper mugs anymore.
