Pathetic service - not offering hot drinks or shake, saying they ran out of milk - did the same last time, pathetic excuse, just a tactic of avoiding work / clean up.

Good for snack.but filthy place. It’s like they never clean. I believe OTR owns this. Same as there petrol stations all they are doing is busy collecting maximum profit. NO focus on cleaning.

Served by a very nice young man by the name of Coan and a young lady by the name Emily, great customer service! Will definitely be coming back! Even put a smiley face on my coffee. Love it!

Super friendly staff. Quite busy and donuts sold out quickly. Please go early to avoid disappointment. Yummy donuts. Must try the new xbox donuts, its delicious and rich. Keep up the good work.

Went to KK TTP today, very disappointed with service. One girl there and multiple people in queue. Then another girl turned up. Waited 10 mins and then got to front of the queue and had to wait as they were too busy talking to each other. Got order,
which she placed on the counter while still talking to the other girl and nothing said to me. Really poor customer service.

The lady that was working today was super friendly and helpful! Love going past getting myself and my siblings some of those donuts they are way too good

Donuts are always kept fresh and tasty, staff is really helpful, friendly and awesome to talk to. The thickshakes are always on POINT. The blonde haired fella on the milkshake machine makes absolutely banging thickshakes. Really can't go wrong with this diabetes inducing shrine of greatness, it's bloody worth it.

I'm not a sweet earinh person but I saw the bacon and cheese pull apart, I thought ideal so ordered one. Well it was like a lump of led with barely any bacon or cheese. Itried

Staff memeber really rude to little boy and told him to only press the green smiley face on the feedback stand and said anything els ill kill you! Very rude and inappropriate. Not impressed at all.

Yeah I visited this place. Walked straight past it. Not into what they offer. Prefer healthy food.

Went shopping and came across the Krispy Kreme kiosk, I wasn't initially going to buy a coffee from here, however as I was walking by I felt welcomed by the lovely store manager. So decided to have my morning coffee here. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I can certainly recommend this place for coffee. Great service, friendly staff. I I'll be back. Megan is exceptional.

Excellent customer service. I was working in the centre last Saturday, and decided to go get a coffee from CIBO (as that was the go to cafe at my work) in my break, but the line was ridiculous. So decided to give these guys a go. I was greeted by a young guy with a huge smile on his face, who also gave me a discount when he saw I work in the centre. He was so happy and polite, he made me feel very welcomed.

I used to go to Port road to get doughnuts from Holden hill. That was bit far. I am happy that they have opened a Kiosk inside the Tea tree plaza. Very friendly staff. Whenever i visited this place i got a prompt response with good customer service.absolutely recommend this place

Stale and revolting.
Purchased 3 donuts here today and bit into the 1st one which was stale. I took them back and the girl serving gave me attitude, telling me there was nothing wrong with it. When I suggested she take a bite of one she told me they weren't baked there but she just knew they had been baked that morning. It was 10.30.
The Nutella also didn't taste like real Nutella.
Mass produced garbage.
