Kokomo West

Our dragonboat club members cruised for two hours. We had sufficient numbers to have the boat to ourselves. The whole experience was top class. The food was really good and the service, led by Chiara, was exceptional, nothing was a problem, even last minute changes. I would thoroughly recommend it.

A great day on the water and delicious food. Able to sit around after cruise to watch Melb Cup was greatly appreciated, as was the gratis sweep.

We were a basketball team over from Melbourne for a tournament over the Easter weekend. At short notice, Chiara and Paul were able to organise a 2 hour cruise with amazing finger food, dancing and karaoke for our bunch of hyped up 11 year olds! The kids had a wonderful time and was a great team bonding way to end the tournament. Thank you so much to Kokomo West for being so flexible, accommodating to our requests and for putting on such a fun time!

Wow.we recently had my mums 70th on board this lovely boat, everyone had the best time the staff are friendly and were great at making sure everyone was looked after. Would definitely recommend this for anyone looking a beautiful evening cruise

There is no entrance or access, no toilet, but there is. A reasonable meal, alcohol served. Lovely coffee.

Had my friends hens party onboard last weekend. It was a wonderful experience. Something a bit different and fun. The staff were lovely and everyone had a great time. Plus the cocktails were amazing! Would highly recommend and will use again for the next function I plan:)

Went for Christmas celebration with workmates. It's small and cosy. Food was good, I ate veg. Can do karaoke. I enjoyed it.

Excellent service, beautifully presented. Lunch, full bar and 2 hour cruise around West lakes. Just perfect. Highly recommend

Had my mums surprise birthday on the west lakes princess this evening and the experience was amazing. Beautiful service, very friendly staff, delicious food and the cleanliness was outstanding! Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

We booked and celebrated our wedding/ceremony on 16th January 2021 on the West Lakes Princess. 5 stars doesn't come close to how wonderful the owners and staff made us feel on our special day. They accommodated our every need from beginning to end. Our guests and ourselves walked away raving about how amazing the food and service was. Absolutely the best venue. You guys made our day perfect. We will be back to host other events.

We had a birthday on board. Staff were very friendly and helpful in accommodating requests. Food was delicious and a generous serve. Cocktails and amazing. Definitely worth the price and would happily recommend them.

Perfect for birthdays or functions as the catering is supplied by the lakes and you know it’s going to be on point

We purchased Scoopons tickets for this cruise however it’s not an ideal activity for a 90 year old. My mother struggled to get on and off the boat which is off course no fault of West Lakes Princess but just putting it out there for other very elderly people. The cruise itself was nice. Very tight as far as space goes, food was nice enough.

A very enjoyable experience. Friendly staff, fabulous food and very relaxing cruise. A must for everybody's bucket list.

Went on the West Lakes Princess as a surprise birthday outing. Had a lovely relaxing day cruusing through West Lakes and around Delfin Is. The houses and gardens were an eye opener. Beautiful houses and gardens. Lots of water activities, saw dragon boat, sculls, canoes, even swimmers. Lots of bird life including pelicans. The commentary was spot on, didnt go on and on, very relevant. Meal was a surprise well cooked, fresh salad. Deserts were fresh and tasty. Staff courteous, helpful, service spot on. Connie runs the boat very well. Bob, the captain, knows his job and was very knowledgeable. All in all it was a great outing and very enjoyable.
