Kmart West Lakes

There is no customer service at the customer service counter. The response I got after a lengthy wait was the generic 'If it's not on the shelf we don't have it', no attempt to look and see if any ' out back or when more will be in. Brushed off.

Really great place to shop for everything, good quality and really low prices which is amazing. This is one of my main shops that I go to, to shop. ️

I bought some small goods and left them behind at counter, when I came next day, manager Adam was very helpful and after a small investigation he managed to return me them back. Thank you! Customer service is excellent

REALLY LOVED this KMart, Very Big, Open Plan, Easy to move around! All need catered forStaff Friendly and Smiling! GREAT BARGINS! Will definately be back!

Rarely can get what I'm looking for.always out of stock with larger dog needs. Good they have cheap organic cotton singlets, t-shirts &undergarments.but like everywhere, way too much sweaty polyester clothing especially sleepwear

Not the same when they first open believe me a mate brought a shot gun in the late 70s things have changed?

Customer service was shocking how they wouldn’t refund a pensioners item as the docket reflected a different colour. Pensioner only bought that item. Kiberlee the service lady then tells pensioner they’ll refund but not to do that again? ! This is to someone who only shops at Kmart and loves the clothes there.
Very poor service received! Not impressed at all!

It was busy today Sunday. Prices good they had items for Mum. I like this KMart for unexpensive gym gear or electrical goods worth a visit

I went to buy Baby things for a friend who is expecting got quite alot of things for my money. Great value shop here alot.

Nice big store. Everything we’ve wanted has been in stock. It’s not often we leave empty handed. The door greeters are kind and welcoming

Really helpful young man believe Adrian or Adam was his name over the weekend. Bit of an unusual experience, gave me the chills but quite a positive yet strange experience.

Staff are always great. Really helpful. Since covid came to town, their supplies have gone down. But as per usual they are doing their best. I will always be a Kmart girl.

Huge range of products.to select from. 3 times bigger and greater variety of goods & products to choose from.

Very friendly and helpful. Concerned people trying on sunglasses and putting them back! Of course, I would have liked to try them on but I was told I couldn't return ear phones if they are opened and don't work with my TV. Surely trying on glasses would be health concern!

Not too busy for Saturday morning. They still have very reasonably priced items but not a big range and not necessarily all sizes. For example went to buy gum boots for trip to forest. Nothing close but found a nice pair of work boots but bought larger size to fit and will wear thick socks with them. $35 cheap I thought. Put them into my trolley (after paying) and went supermarket shopping with same trolley. Anyhow check out male said great boots. Enough said.

Super rude stuff I think they need to training how to talk to customers and I hope somebody will consider it Jesus man they are rude, I was here on Saturday, 30 August and the girl next to the changing room she doesn’t know how to talk to people and I hope from management somebody will train her

Really good store. Always clean and still has the old fashioned service at the front door and not that stupid checkout in the middle of the store.

No one serving at counter only choice self checkout terrible service. Store was ok plenty of choice

The cashier was rude. She was a middle aged woman who obviously didn't want to be there. Probably the worst Kmart in South Australia
