Kmart Rundle Mall reviews
49 I am not happy with click and collect service at this store. I purchased two items and when I collected them the first one was broken. The girl at customer service was so mean and she had a bad attitude. She asked me to follow her around the store so she could find the item and asked me to collect it! The second item was faulty and I returned that too. I'll never buy at this store again.
Worst customer service. Stay away!
Big place with 2 floors. Lots of stock especially downstairs for ladies section. Right at the city.
My first time went to this kmart with my daughter this morning. I was trying to ask a staff from toy section for get to know where the fitting room is. I believed we saw each other and my voice was loudly enough with the manners. But she didn't replied to us but straigh went to the other place that treated us like the air. What a shameful shopping experience in kmart of Adelaide CBD.
Great place to grab a bargain always come here if they don't have it in another store.
Shame on you kmart, shocking store, rude staff and no one around to help. No help or advice, seriously kmart no one on the floor to help customers.
Looked online on Kmart's website and found the Chin-Up exercise bar I wanted, checked stock levels and they had plenty listed at Kmart Rundle Mall store, spent 40mins walking down there only to be told by the staff member at the entrance that the Rundle Mall stall actually doesn't have an Exercise Equipment section. So why does your website say there's ample stock of exercise gear at this store then? Where's it being hidden if there's no "physical section" in the store itself? What a waste of time that was.
Edit 24/07/2023 - Not a single checkout open at all whatsoever at 10: 30am on a Monday, why bother spending tens of thousands installing a rack of 5+ checkouts when your manager is too stingy to hire staff to serve customers at them? They're great dust collectors though.
Range is poor compared to other kmart stores. Self-serve and normal checkouts are lumped together (with one queue for both) causing a lot of anxiety for those who have trouble using the self-serves and those who have social anxiety. These queues should really be seperated.
There's not a lot of stocks and choices here in the Rundle Mall branch I suggest you go to Kmart Marion or Kmart Tea Tree Plaza and Kmart Port Adelaide because they have a lot of choices if you're looking for anything esp Kmart Marion (in Westfield Marion)
This Kmart is quite small, having about 20% of the products a bigger, suburban Kmart would have.
It has a selection of kids toys, stationary, shoes, menswear, ladies clothing, hair and beauty and some kitchenware and confectionary.
It doesn't have sports, baby items, many electrical items, furniture, audio-visual, or party supplies that would normally be in a Kmart.
Great selection of affordable items sold here, these include clothes for both adults and children, stationary, house decor, bathroom necessities, beauty products and a good selection of confectionery.
There's also a lift which is good for those who have mobility issues or even just for a pram.
Arrived at 9 (opens at 8 according to opening hours) and had to wait to speak to customer service as they were only just setting up.
I don't like the layout, I don't like the lack of stock but I go there for one thing and they usually always have it
It's alright, handy to visit in your lunch break but isn't really a "full Kmart". Has a few things from lots of areas but range is limited.
Didn't enjoy my shopping experience in this store
Confusing, no signs to the escalator upstairs and no signs directing the way to the cashier.
The staff were helpful
It is a kmart. A little cramped. Layout is over two levels and it tough to navigate but plenty of stock in a convenient location.
I bought my dogs milk powder from there it’s a very good price and take of more than $50 from outside
Bought a couple of new jeans, great price, not expensive so I also picked up a couple of lovely Tshirts, Kmart have a huge variety of clothing, household products, the list is huge, staff are great, I call in regularly to check out the Specials
Aisle floors covered with all sorts not good ohs. Plus every shoe I grabbed was not the size that was marked on hanger tshirt had cobweb and fluff on it. And I don't appreciate being OBVIOUSLY followed around the store like im a thief, shouldn't judge people by the way they look while your busy watching tattooed tracksuit wearing me.you missed the sharp dressed lady walk out with a purse she BLATANTLY stole
I got some nice shoes there they are comfortable to wear it's cheap about 15 dollars nice and cheap
No checkouts open at all, I won't use self checkouts unless I get a discount (because they are not employing someome)
