Kmart Noarlunga

Did not follow their own signage for 'click'n collect'. Made other customers get angry at us when all we were doing was standing where THEIR sign told us to. Also BEWARE click'n collect saves no time at all!

Amazing customer service received today over the phone. I called looking for a specific style toy and a lovely lady Mel (hope I got name right) went out of her way to locate it. Even coming back several times to say she hadn’t forgotten me. I had tried many stores to find it but it was sold out. Her help to find this toy is for a Christmas gift and is going to make a little girl so happy! I am very impressed with the great customer service that I received. Thank you.

I actually love Kmart but a young entitled cashier contributed to this low score.
Matilda was unfriendly, didn't even say hello, didn't even look at us.
She was just going through the motions and was chewing her silly gum.
She may have been tired but seemed really entitled. I would love her to know that there are people who would appreciate a job like hers.

The staff come in two flavors. Either the sweetest people youll meet or the biggest asshats on earth.

Loading dock worker is the rudest workers I have ever come across in my life. Couldn’t believe how he spoke to me, obviously doesn’t care much about his job

Love the prices and the goods for sale, BUT lack of service is noticeable. Self serve checkouts in the middle of the shop. Customers have to queue to leave the shop as their docket for purchases just made have to be scanned. No thanks, plenty of other places to shop that done treat all customers as potential thieves.

Good old Kmart, new furniture and house wares section is a favourite for a quick room decorate.

Warning: The shop layout is not how most of them are.
This K-mart has the central "in the middle of the store" checkouts that barely has enough counters/staff to support so it instantly looses multiple points for that. This makes inevitable wait lines to buy items become commonplace.

It has the range of products that you expect with the prices you've come to expect (decent prices.) Store becomes easy to navigate when you stop comparing the layout to others, though when busy it can become annoying to move around. I've noticed a lack/reduced number of staff from the multiple times I've been there.

Nice staff, stock was not avaliable although showing low stock shown typical response as there are none did look understocked last visit maybe having troubles with getting it because of covid.

Great store with a good range of items, but I just don't like the set-up with the checkouts in the middle of the store.

Man at entrance making sure people checked in. Item required easy to find. Pleasantly surprised to find it at half price at the check out

Ashley from the photo center went above and beyond to help me. I came on to collect my photos and photo mug but the mug order had dissapeared. Later that day I had a voice message and she had called up head office to find out what happened to the mug. She chased up the order for me printed it and me it in time for fathers day with no charge. Thank you!

VERY unhelpful staff. What are they paid to do? Cattle yard counters. Rubbish products. Never going back.

Tried to make a phone call Saturday afternoon, looking for a certain item. I was busy and phoned on and off all afternoon and ended up making a 30 minute phone call 4.15 to 4.45pm.no one answered the phone. I didn't want to drive to the shop if the item I wanted was not available. Now I will definitely buy from somewhere, anywhere else, don't care if it costs more. There is no customer service in this store

Kmart is a great place. I am not good at directions for things and couldn’t find what I was after but the two young girls staff Sophie and Courtney from Noarlunga were kind and patient with me and were quick to find what I was looking for! Great customer service from them and they even offered to get me a trolley if I needed. Fantastic shopping experience

The range of gear is up to standard, trying to find it is a nightmare and the checkouts give you the terrors. Apart from that it is what it is.

Hate this joint. Who puts a friggen checkout, smack in the middle of a shopping centre. Causes unnecessary chaos, especially during peak periods. And I can never find what I need. Somebody needs to call up a Karen so she can speak to a manager

This particular store is always clean and easy to navigate. All departments are clearly labelled and staff members are fairly easy to find if you have a question. They is a great array of products for you to explore also.
