Kmart Kurralta Park reviews
46It would be great if they ever actually answered their phones at the Kurralta Park store so you could find things out. All other stores have no issue with answering their phones but every single time I ring this store they never answer.
Pretty good parking space. Nice and easy to find stuff inside. Sometimes comes to find inspiration for home decor.
One of the staff members named Yiovnne or Yionne is extremely rude and impatient towards the customer. Customers with disabilities or elderlies should be treated with equal respect. She is a short dark haired girl who worked today 4/7/23 at 7 pm. Kmart please do better with customer service. This isn’t Yionne or Yionne’s first time. She has been rude and passive aggressive towards customers multiple times.
Cannot commend Kym at both register and also in supporting self serve customers. She is brilliant!

I like how open and bright the store is. It's got a great layout. Not really a fan of the checkout area being in the middle of the store though.
KMart is a good place to look for bargains in clothes. I always manage to get good clothes at sale prices there.
This has to be the worst laid out, cramped Kmart in Adelaide. Went today 14/11/21 and a lot of things had sold out. Quilts, candles, books, and the thing I went for was nowhere to done found. And there’s no staff to help you find things. The parking is ridiculous too, there’s not enough. Avoid.
The store is really well laid out. Lots of checkouts which means I can get in, get what I need (and didn't know I needed) and get out quickly.
Poor quality, everything made in China, bad layout, couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't find staff to help. I haven't been to KMart for quite awhile and now I remember why.
Friendly and helpful staff. I bought several items which suited my needs perfectly. Kurralta Park (Anzac Highway) Shopping Centre is a pleasurable experience.
Not enforcing COVID mask and check ins at all, the greeter was just letting anyone without a mask walk in without question. DISGUSTING.
Saw at least 10 people in the store without a mask on a very short visit.
Appealing decor, has a wide variety of everything you need. Quality of products and styling is improving everytime I enter a Kmart store. And the prices are quite relevant to the product.
Great bargains at the moment, stock up on winter clothes for next winter. I picked up a nice soft, thick knitted jumper for 4 dollars.
DECEPTIVE CONDUCT - On no less than five separate occasions at this store they have set their shelf price substantially lower than the counter price (meaning that a $4 listed item on the shelf is charged at $10 or more at the counter), this is clearly deceptive conduct, once or twice could be accepted as a mistake but FIVE+ TIMES shows that this is indeed the norm at this store. If this happens again I will be taking photos of the shelf listed price and the docket charged price and forwarding these on to the ACCC for investigation. You've gotten away with fleecing customers for far too long with this dodgy illegal tactic.
Not many employees around to help to busy catching up on there social life than to help customers
Always good.coming here from last 5 years. Ample parking space, coles and kmart at one place makes shopping easy.thanks!
I was looking for an item, got told two different things by two different staff members. I didn't find the product, and none of the staff took the initiative to show me potentially where the product was. Terrible customer service, never again will I be going back.
Very bad customer service experienced today at the table lamp section. This particular guy didn't pay attention when we asked for help and looked as us if we were from another planet. Apart from all my great experiences at Kmart Kuralta, this was one of the worst.
Short of productions sometimes. The things I want to buy in Kmart are always missing. Obviously short of storage.
