Kmart Firle

So impressed with your store.neat, lots of stock girls only too happy to help if you can’t find something Drive 30 to get there and so worth it you should be so proud

I don't usually shop at this Kmart, but I needed help with a children's table and seats for outside.
I searched everywhere but unable to locate product. I asked a very lovely young lady Jenna I think long dark wavy hair. She went above and beyond to help me. She located the product. I'm very grateful for her assistance. If anyone reads this that works at Firle Kmart please tell your manager. Merry Christmas

Terrible customer service. Used a purchase order from my job provider and the lady at the front was extremely rude saying this means nothing to me took her 15 mins to figure it out, whilst my mum was busting for the toilet. She looked experienced like she should’ve known what she was doing very rude. Very very rude.

Customer service is appalling from the lady at the door and customer service desk. Judgemental, rude and offensive.
Customer service at the register however was

Staff here are rude, don't care if someone steals something from you and act like it's too bad, they can't do anything. I left an item that I'd just paid for on the self serve register and walked off, I returned only a few moments later and it was gone and staff basically said they watch every customer closely and neither of them saw any customer after I paid for my item pick it up. I must have dropped it according to staff, yet no one could tell me if staff picked it up between the self serve and the door when I realized I left it behind (I'd purchased a number of items and left the smallest most expensive item behind!). So either way someone picked up my electronic item and either put it back on shelf or their security checks at the front door are utterly USELESS because if a customer walked out with a $100 electronic item and no receipt for it then they can't prove they didn't steal it, especially when I'm causing a scene at the front door because someone DID STEAL IT! This store is a joke and staff are incredibly unhelpful.
A few weeks ago when I attended with my newborn baby, a staff member hit a stock trolley into my pram twice while in the infant section and although she looked at me she didn't apologize or say anything. That was also rude.

I usually find what I'm after here and I think they have found a general brand of items which seem to be better in quality than some earlier brands.

Easy to locate, since I prefer online shopping so they offer in store pick up, home delivery and of course in store shopping. Totally recommend it.

Staff ain’t helpful and careless! They don’t even know what iteams are available or not. Staffs need to be trained and more knowledgeable about their products would have been helpful!

Excellent customer service second to none. Kmart website is better than most. Wide range of products at reasonable prices and some Kmart products are better than the more expensive brands.

Kmart is like any other, it's ok. But don't go to the toilets at that shopping centre (Firle Shopping Centre) there was no paper in the women's toilet and they smell bad.

It's close to home on Glynburn Rd so five minutes away & Kmart has a good range of clothes, household items, sports equipment etc.

It's OK, but the level of cheap imported items is getting beyond the joke.lots of Chinese manufactured items that are poorly made and break often.

Well layed out store, my only gripe is that typical of chain stores today, they stock predominantly their own brand, and not other good Aussie brands. Otherwise the shopping experience was good.

Staff were impossible to find for help and more worried about talking about when shift change was and who was doing what on the weekend rather than help customers. Worst kmart I have ever been to.

Always easy to park, love kmart, been a customer for over 50 years, the best value and good staff

This place is the bomb of shopping. It explores especially when the customer service is booming.

Got all kitchen bowls, cutlery and cups for a good price. Hell lot of collection and competitive price. Good place to visit before buying anything. New movers can solve 80 percent of need by one visit. I strongly recommend this. Clothes I didn't try.

Always packed to the rafters (this applies to the entirety of Firle shopping plaza).

Other than that its just an average Knart that doesn't sell video games.

Things are placed the same way in each store. Easy to find location of everything except pricing may not thre on some items. However, toilets and parent room need a high attention.

I remember when this kmart opened in 1975. It was great and had everything. Still got tools I bought from here back then. Now it's just full of cheap Chinese plastic clothes and home wares. Also full of customers, by christ its busy. I would rather go to Target at Campbelltown, and have lunch at the Red apple restaurant. Oh, wait, that's gone now. I don't like this new world, it's all different.
