I’ve been to this clinic twice overall experience was very disappointing. Lady in receptionist needs training for customer service. She was very rude and raises her voice when i asked question. Nothing cost you to be nice and respectful.
Doctors are inconsiderate and rude, billing is ridiculously managed. Never felt more humiliated than after seeing dr Julia.
This clinic has some of the nicest doctors, but unfortunately you have to go through reception first. Amazingly they are the ones with horrible attitude even though they are irrelevant to the whole appointment. We had a booking for vaccination for our child and also got the confirmation and reminder via hotdoc. When we went to the reception, they said there was no booking and they could not work out how the booking is live on hotdoc but not in the system. No attempt made to try and squeeze us in and obviously not apologetic at all. Sadly, we really loved our GP buy going through reception is not worth. And to think of it handling appointments is the main job of reception.
Mum had an appointment for my little brother this morning at 9am with Dr Chaudry, checked in at 9: 05 and was told by reception staff she was first in line, the app also said this. Waited til 9: 20 and the Dr calls in another patient instead of us. Approached the counter and asked why, was rudely told by staff they could not do anything about it and that it’s “the doctors choice who he calls in”, unbelievable. Either way we decided to wait and see, even though he has school at 10: 15, we still had hope. At 9: 35 the Dr finished and came outside and called someone else in instead of us AGAIN. My mum went up to approach this reception staff again and before she could reach the counter, the staff raised her hand up and block my mum from walking towards her while yelling “STOP, STOP, we can’t do anything about it! Sit down and wait! That other gentleman has been waiting for 1 hour and a half. ” OH HELL NAW, you did not just say that. At this point my mum knew this lady was lying, as when we came there was no one in the waiting room, she attempted to explain this to the reception staff but she did not even let her get a word in. At this point my mum couldn’t wait longer as she needed to take my brother to school before he is late, we cancelled the appointment and left. No apologies no empathy from the staff (3 of them at the counter) especially the female staff in the middle, she didn’t catch your name but we will find out. My mum was verbally attacked by this lady and because her English was not good, the lady used this to her advantage and did not let my mum get a word in at all! Unfortunately, It doesn’t stop there, upon leaving the centre, my mum saw the gentleman who was supposedly “waiting for an hour and a half” leaving as well and went up to ask him when his appointment time was, to which he replied with “my appointment was at 9: 20, you should have been let in before me, I don’t know what she was on about”. Shame on you, what a liar. UNBELIEVABLE. Dr Chou Ky please get your staff in line, very disappointed and felt very disrespected this morning. Please save your time and money, this practice don’t care about customer services at all, as also evident in many other reviews below. To the female staff member, watch your mouth, you’re not in high school anymore, please lose the attitude.
Came in for a check up with Dr Chou Ky on something I’ve been suffering on. Waited over an hour for an appointment and then once I was in it felt like she just wanted me out of the room. She was very dismissive! On top of that the receptionist didn’t know what she was doing. She asked for my Bupa card (which was unnecessary btw, and it declined) so got me to pay for the whole thing! WOULD NOT recommend.
Great service, the receptionists went above and beyond to sqeeze me in as the doctor I’d booked in with initially was running late.
Very difficult to post your feelings here. I have tried a few times and no success. Surely you should b
e able to see a doctor without being told we are not a bulk billing practice. I have a knee issue as nd I am struggling to walk
Very rude and unprofessional receptionist named Melissa and other who answered the phone. Couldn’t help to cancel the appointment and I am unable to cancel it through Hotdoc app. Not recommending to anyone.
Dr Fiona Downey wasted an entire 30min appointment by avoiding doing any of the things I asked for
Very accessible, I appreciate that they have such great accessibility, but the management of it is terrible. I prepare to wait at least 15 minutes for any appointment now, as they are always running behind. At the 15 minute mark I was told “soon”, then watched 2 people that arrived after me go in to the same doctor first. If I’d had some indication, I could have planned things different.
These people deserve 0star. I wonder why the rating is so less. I have visited this clinic before but they still refused to help. I am so far and very sick and can't visit the clinic and they say their doctors don't do telephonic appointments over weekends. I tried convincing the receptionist if their policy is more important than someone's life. The receptionist said she'll call me back but never called. Aren't doctors suppose to help people especially if it's your GP.
Worst practice ever to visit or book a tele health appointment. Zero info about your appointment and update about payments you have to make.
Nice building and friendly staff. Recently started going here as my regular doctor moved here and I'm happy. There is a gap fee payable and not everything is bulk billed
Dr Fiona Downey is a very Lovely and warm person. She did a great job with my health exam a couple of weeks ago. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind enough to call me back to explain my medical result as i told her that im moving to WA.
Dr Chou has no knowledge of skin it’s just time waste if you go there. Very poor knowledge. I don’t know how she became a doctor strange.
Really unprofessional doctors only been there 4 times tried my luck with different doctors but they all r same 0 knowledge. My regular gp was away from oakden medical centre. I told them what my prob is nd what medication works on me never listen and made huge drama out of that medication i mentioned.prescribed me bloody panadol rapid for back pain & gastro for runny bowl AND yeah whatever u say THAT COULD B COVID 19 THTS WHAT THEY SAYS ALL THE TIME… even when it comes to sick cert big thing as we r running out of worker in sa that what actually their doctor says especially doctor herath and other srilankan lady so stupid even make u more sick better to go hampstead health or even pharmacy advice better than this so called medical centre
I’m not feeling so well today and I needed any GP intervention, but I couldn’t get past the reception before being sent away, what kinder service is this that you can’t even slot someone for 5mins to see the GP. Why have such hours until 8pm while you can’t get the GP treatment that you need. I would wish the reception team to get more training on patient/or client communication skill than a rude, inconsiderate manner of service. What’s the point of opening until 8pm while I got there 7.20pm to be sent away.
Receptionists are professional and friendly. Dr Fiona Downey is lovely. She is caring and thorough and I'm pleased to have found her. Clean and new facility with allied health services in the building.
