Klemzig Garden Centre reviews
20Excellent garden centre. Plants are so healthy and well cared for. Also very lovely ornaments too. Highly recommend A+
Great sized nursery with a cool variety of plants, but unfortunately not very friendly or considerate.
I had my arms full of plants, and two toddlers with me so I asked for a box to carry my purchases back to the car.
Unfortunately I was told boxes are only for full prices plants. Surely even if that's a standard 'rule' you could make an exception. There's not much parking so I was on the side of the road. It's actually an issue of safety when kids are involved so I was very put off.
Always a great variety of plants and pots. Its very convenient for me as I live close by. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.
They have a good range of outdoor and indoor plants and a lot of pot variety. If your into some unusual garden ornaments they seem to have a variety of them too.
All the plants and seedlings that is required for any home garden, with a huge range of exclusive pots and interesting statues - friendly staff always available to pass on good advise
Would have given zero not one star. Lady in the counter with COVID MARSHALL SHIRT is very rude. Would be nice to see a smile on her face for someone who bought alot. Won't be coming back here ever again.
I absolutely love going here. The staff are so friendly and really know their stuff. It's only a relatively small place but they have a huge range. It's dog friendly which is always a bonus
Lots of stock Nice people working there
Parking for about 6 car's.
Good prices. Careful driving out.other car's

Popped into this garden centre on a quick trip to the city from the country. There’s lots of variety and I found its plants were very well priced. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit this garden centre in my future travels to Adelaide.
Great qyality plants and beautiful pots. Fantastic large selection of items. Beautiful place to walk around. Affordable too!
Super disappointed in the customer service I received today from lady at the counter. I had intended to purchase several plants which would’ve been a big purchase but her service was very unpleasant and unfriendly - I left empty handed. Won’t be returning here which is a pity as I do like range of the plant here a lot.
We are regular customers at this garden centre and are always pleased with the health and variety of the stock. Unfortunately we had a poor customer service experience today where my partner was snapped at for trying to purchase more than one pot of mint (we are trying to stop ants getting into our beehive and apparently mint can help). We are fine with sticking with any restrictions on purchases, but this could be communicated in a polite manner. We walked away without buying anything as a result. That's three customers in our household who will be finding another local nursery to support.
Edit: appreciate the response from the owner, and yes we are aware of and sympathise with everyone's circumstances at this time. We are particularly grateful to and try to support our local businesses who are keeping people employed
They had some gravel that I inquired about for a large fish tank. Rude and patronising. I left feeling annoyed and with no gravel. Shame spent heaps there in the past. Hope they were just having a bad day.
Lovely place to go!
great range of house plants!
definitely where I go every week!
price good!service good!nothing to complain !
Fabulous customer service. Down to earth real people. Family friendly. Great alternative to those horrific big " garden" centres like Bunnings and Garden Grove.
I wish more people would support these lovely local places. The quality of plants are much healthier than those seen elsewhere.
We have very happy, fruitful trees we have bought over the years. Can't fault them
I bought a white Genoa fig tree two years ago and the figs never went soft to eat as per normal. They kept cracking hard as they were, and ants would get to them. I contact the owner by phone and in person with evidence and all they said it is not my fault, not my problem. Terrible service and even when I went back and I told them how the plant was going they would not even do anything about it again. It is not the money, it is the principle and they have no principles when it comes to customer service. Please do not waste your time there. I won't ever again. I will dig it out and tee it back to them where it belongs.
Great place to find any plants. I also get to find unusual plants from time to time. The staff is great and the price reasonable. 5 stars easy.
I did work experience there, I cannot recommend more highly, lovely people, I buy there too. Definitely worth a try.
Great variety of healthy plants to get established before the hot weather. Go visit I bet you can't resist buying something to brighten up your garden.
Bought some tomatoes and strawberries today. They are looking good, much better than in Bunnings, and the price is almost the same. Thank you!
