Kitchen 2c reviews
62Arrived here by2.05 pm and the kitchen is closed. Poor, poor service attitude. First and LAST time here.
I love this little cafe.great coffee.we had a very yummy chicken curry with etc.service is friendly.its warm inside and outside customers can sit in the sun with a warm rug
. One of my favourite places to go
Sehr gute Auswahl für's Frühstück von herzhaft bis süß, Cappuccino ausgezeichnet und Preise fair. Ambiente nichts besonderes, aber sehr sauber und gut organisiert.
The food here is great and very reasonably priced. I loved the lentil and potato pie. Such a good cafe
Food was ok. For a 30 dollar big breaky it wasn't a qty expected and coffee was ok. Service was average as they missed what was our correct order. Poached instead of fried was served. No effort to ask if it needed rectified.
Lovely quick lunch at Kitchen 2C today. My partner had the pumpkin and coconut milk soup with a locally sourced sparkling water which she said was lovely, and I had the crusty panini BLAT and a long black. The panini was light on the bacon but was otherwise spectacular, the bread was delicate but had a delicious crunch. The coffee tasted nice, but was definitely a bit weak and watery. Compared to some of the heavier fare available from other venues along main street the menu seems to have lots of nice light options, and I think I'll be back to try more in future.
FABULOUS NOT TO BE MISSED /lovely service /lovely setting /fantastic staff /even better coffees & scones +
I'm a tough cookie, when it comes to reviews, but this place has a lovely ambience, good coffee, even better food and reasonable prices. A definite 5 stars from me and my family
We had a lentil pie and a pastie for lunch with tomato chutney. So much flavour, nutritious and very easy on the wallet. Very cosy place with great service. Highly recommended.
The waffle is so good if you like crispy waffles and the bread and butter pudding is also great. The drinks are just average.
What a beautiful, welcoming place. I got coffee an a wonderful apricot, almond, white chocolate ball. Omgosh. Heaven. JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR A LONG DRIVE HOME Loved biscuit an cake selection. Will dine in soon.
Chrissie Coleman.
FARM LIFE PRODUCE.
Perhaps I was just unlucky but I had an awful coffee here on my one and only visit. Cold and weak latte.
The fresh juice tasted really nice, however the glasses they were served in had cracks along the edges and can be quite dangerous to drink from, other than that it was lovely
What an amazing soup of the day in a chilling day
My friends and I came on a cold day of autumn and did not expect the rain. We fortunately found this lovely little but warm cafe with delicious food and beverage. My soup of the day with a slice of sourdough was especially yummy! This fabulous cafe will be on my list for my next visit!
Had a coffee and scones with jam and cream. They were both delicious and reasonably priced, although scones were slightly small and the cream must have been refrigerated as it was pretty stiff. It was nice, just difficult to spread. Overall it was great though!
Phenomenal food and coffee. The smoked salmon breakfast is possible the best breakfast my fiancée has ever had. Would recommend
Visited there on Thursday. Disgusting customer service. Never recommend. Been to many cafes & restaurants but nothing like this discriminatory service
Stopped in for a feed, did not disappoint.
The crispy Panini roll was scrumptious, complete with Udder Delights brie! My son enjoyed the wholemeal ricotta pancakes and also had a perfectly cooked bacon sandwich.
It was great to see organic drinks, Australian made.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the decor suitably "thrown together/recycled shabby chic" with some artwork on the walls for sale.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
Would definitely recommend.
We went back a second time for the scones, jam and cream, as they were delicious. 9.5 out of 10! Great prices, great product and great customer service! We will be back again before we leave Hahndorf. THANK YOU!
