My son, who has Aspergers, started with Helen approximately 5 years ago as he was struggling in math. After the first year he really did not want to go to lessons or do the homework, however we persisted with a lot of complaining.
At the end of year 10 he had not only passed but had gotten 35/36 for one of his final tests, got a B in math and had also passed the math component with nearly full marks to get into a screen and media course he wanted to do. At the end of it all he admitted to me that there was no way he could have done that if it wasn’t for Helen and the years of excellent tutoring he had received. Thank you Helen. Great job.

I came to Kip McGrath to receive help in the topic of numeracy for my final attempt at the Lantite test. I was very poor with my mathematic skills, having failed this test 3 times prior and now on my last go. Helen my tutor took the time to break down and work out all the areas I wasn’t strong in. After working with Helen for a few months, I finally sat my exam and received not only a pass but achieved high in all the areas. I never thought this would be possible due to my very basic math skills prior to working with Helen. I could not recommend this company and Helen herself enough. Such a wonderful woman, willing to help by going above and beyond. Her patience and knowledge is one of a kind. I was able to graduate university after a number of years and finally work in my dream job. Helen is one of the main reasons I was able to finally achieve this outcome.

Between them they’re a wealth of knowledge, so grateful we found them. I give them all the credit for our son being able to read independently, their program really works. Our tutor has worked so well to bring the best out in him and increase his confidence. They have built a solid foundation and continue to extend his knowledge. They have adapted really well during these times, lessons can also be done online.

My Son is attending Kip McGrath since last 4 years and it has helped him to stay on top of his adamedic subjects at school, which in turn has increased his confidence. My son has serious road blocks when it comes to maths that were really holding him back. Since starting with Kip McGrath Mitcham he’s gained confidence and is more willing to give maths a try. The homework is a great way to keep practicing throughout the week and reinforce what he’s learning.

Kip McGrath has been an exponential help when it comes to our sons education. He struggles to stay on task at school and this impacts his ability to take in crucial info. We were worried that he would start to fall behind and subsequently lose his confidence with school work. The hour that he spends with Mrs Stevens has opened so many doors for him. He is attempting to read things on his own, before he refused. He is so much more confident and believes that he can achieve what he puts his mind to. We couldn’t thank Kip McGrath enough! The homework that our son does away from tutoring is engaging but challenging and helps us to learn how he learns best. We welcome the feedback from Mrs Stevens as it is constructive and it’s very evident that she enjoys tutoring our son as much as he enjoys the lesson too! Mrs Steven’s is very flexible in working around the pandemic also, so we don’t miss out.

Don't waste your time and money at Kip Mcgrath Mitcham, the tutor is terribly unprofessional, the centre manager is irresponsible, never reply your requests on time, Be careful to check their terms and conditions before you sign.otherwise you will be ripped off.
