Kings Transport reviews
5Driver Allan 437 was super friendly and patient to wait for me to reach home while he waited 10 minutes for me. Really really good experience with the company, right from dealing with customer support representative Michele Rosch to the driver
You would think driving as a job would make for an exeptional driver. Ute driver XUD636 may need his driving skills reviewed or it was his first day in a car today. I hope he reviews his dash cam to see where he went wrong. If he cant work it I can give him mine.
Had organised a delivery from Kmart to my door. They said they'd call one hour before showing up. So the guy came to my door, no phone call, and said my storage boxes were downstairs to collect. I said I wouldn't have organised delivery because I wanted it delivered to my door. I'm on third storey in a block of units. He tried to make an excuse for no door delivery. I said over him that it was because he saw the stairs and didn't want to go up them. He sort of nodded. I had to get the boxes myself up the stairs to my place with no help and a bad back. What has happened to the courier industry?
Worked there 18mths ago, had to stop due to suspended licence. When i returned to kings the staffs attitudes had all changed. On our 2nd day back was given a hand unload tile job of 2.8 tones! No lie.you think your joining a courier company as a labourer rather than a driver. After 2hours struggling in the heat unloading each box of tiles that were 40kgs a box, i finally pulled the plug on them and had to drive across town, dehydrated and no jobs to make up for the loss of money that afternoon. They then widthheld my pay after working two weeks in the rears, which at this point i no longer was working with them but was owed the two weeks non the less. They then told me i wouldnt recieve my pay which was in a form of a check, until i removed the kings sticker from my ute and returned my uniforms, that i had paid for in full 18mths earlier. This is a honest truth of honest truth of my short return experiance at kings. Think twice befor seeking a job with kings. All smiles and nice at the induction, where they wont mention 2.8 tonne hand unloads. And if they are in a vendictive mood they will hold your pay to ransom, knowing full well you are desperate after no pay for two weeks.
