Wonderful service from the cellar door staff who were also very knowledgeable on the history of the company. Loved the goods we purchased and have since purchased more via mail order.

Beautiful winery, very friendly staff. They have a huge range of wines to choose from and offer tasting. Their tables were fully booked and we had a big group, but they managed to do a picnic set for us to sit in the garden, was beautiful. Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Kies, but my goodness it won't be my last! The wine was amazing, we met some great people and Mandy was a fantastic hostess who did a great job walking us through all of the wines on offer. Seriously amazing, and one of the best kept secrets of the barossa

We had a fantastic afternoon at Kies Family Winery on Saturday 28 August. The afternoon was a Shiraz sensations tasting which was accompanied by excellent Japanese food. The format was 4 wines matched to 4 small meals and an explanation from Kies on how each wine was made. The afternoon surpassed all our expectations and we will definitely attend the next one of these functions they have

Although the cellar door was shoulder to shoulder the woman that gave us our tasting was SO lovely and patient.and I feel bad for not remembering her name, brown hair, ~20 y.o. I was impressed with her knowledge and enjoyment of wine. I appreciate when people in customer service offer glimpses of their personality and life amongst the professionalism, it creates much more of a human experience. Thanks! Great wines, bought a few and my partner bought some litres of sticky to age.

We had the best time yesterday as part of our tour, sampling wines, having lunch and looking behind the scenes at the wine making process. Thankyou Cathy! Highly recommended.

Kies family say they want to be the best cellar door in Barossa. I would say yes they are! I visited 12 winery in this trip and Kies is truly the best. If you have time visiting them, please do! Open at 9 and I will suggest you to go early cuz you can taste more than 6 wines before it gets crowded. I bought 2L Ruby (and just used it to make brownie half hour before writing this), a bottle of Reisling (impressive Barossa Reisling not Eden/Clare Valley one, sweeter and more fruity this year), a bottle of Sparkling Tina (my husband cannot resist this sweet wine), a bottle of The Suit cab sauv (full body and smoother than Shiraz), 3 bottles of Deer Stalker Merlot (a bit sweet after taste and perfect match with our family's bbq lamb). A local grandpa took a big empty bottle (nearly 5L I think) to buy fortified wine, which tells you how good Kies are.

Really enjoyed the wine tasting and service here! Would recommend and definitely would come again! Cheers

This winery was beautiful, wine tasting was fun, staff very friendly, wines lovely and a very nice cafe attached people were eating there and outside in lovely grounds. Nice gift shop as well. We ordered wines to be shipped to Sydney and they beat us home. Very good service.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit TTP Kies Winery last Saturday. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Tasted some excellent wines. Bought a few to take home.

Wonderful hosts created a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy tasting their delicious wines. This family run winery makes you feel extremely welcome and the wine is top of the class.
