Overpriced and unprofessional. They get you in for the 'initial assessment' which is $400? Then wants to charge another $200 for a report? (presumably the same info from a questionnaire that you filled out yourself) So $400 for a big nothing burger. What in the daylight robbery is this? The parents are the ones who will actually need therapy after going to this place. What a rip off.

The only communication I received from this company was in reference to the bill. I was due a refund and waited 2 weeks for it or some form of communication I ended up having to chase it down from them. Seems $$$ is their main interest. Never ended up actually using them for therapy for my child I instead found a small business that showed genuine care and help. So disappointing.

I went there for a while for my son on ASD. I would avoid this business and find a more caring and empathetic practice. They may have once been a good business, but I think they have lost their way. If you want a caring provider that will put your kids first, this is not it, they seem to discriminate against certain minority groups and are quite rude. The therapist are nice but they should find a better business to work for.

We had Occupational and Speech Therapy assessments done for an NDIS review to gain funding, these were paid for privately however.although the OT report came back very promptly and was extremely helpful, Speech report was delayed.

I highly recommend Kid Sense. Therapists and staff are friendly, attentive and very professional. They form positive relationships with children of all ages by taking the time to get to know them and their interests. They provide engaging activities and tasks in a safe and supportive learning environment where children feel safe to take risks and have a go. My son has loved every session and looked forward to coming back for his next OT session.

Have been attending Kid sense for 5 years with my daughter. The staff have assisted our family in many aspects of life - school, self regulation, daily functionality, confidence & self esteem. With a plethora of services out there to support kids I highly recommend Kid sense. The staff get it & try very hard to accommodate our individual needs. 10 / 10 from me.

Kid sense is a great company. The stuff work together to help all children that go there. If a stuff member goes on holidays that stuff member will organize another person to take their place so your child doesn't miss out. If you or your child has not meet the new person taking over while your therapist is away. Your therapist will introduce you and your child to the person who will be taking over while their away. And explain what needs to be done for your child. Everyoneis every friendly and helpful. Thank you all for your help

The therapists and reception staff are warm and friendly, and excellent at their job. We have been speech therapy clients for two of our sons for over two years and cannot fault their professionalism, energy, patience and application of their knowledge. I recommend Kidsense 100%.

We have been at Kidsense for many years now. As an organisation they been of great support and help to both myself and my son. My son has a great personal rapport with his therapists and his speech and OT progress under their leadership has been amazing. We assess where he is at, set goals and have a plan to meet them. A great strategic approach!

Majority of staff left recently. Probably to get away from the smell in the back of the building. Rebates aren't available with the new therapist, admin staff are disinterested. Street parking recommended to us, to try to get our disabled child to an appointment. I doubt we'll be back.

We have been attending Kids Sense for our daughter for weekly appointments since 2012. Its good to be able to have Speech Therapy & Occupational Therapy with the same Company. We have found the staff at Kids Sense to be extremely professional, friendly, helpful and great with children. The Therapists are very experienced and easy to work with. The therapy has helped our daughter and our whole family. Special thank you to Joanna, Connor, Nicholle, Jude, Phoebe, Sylvia, Eilis and all the team at Kids Sense:)

We came to kidsense seeking a occupational therapist with solid experience for our ASD son. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. We now not only understand what OT can do, we are seeing the difference OT makes in his life. Kidsense staff are all friendly, experienced and I know we won't ve going anywhere anytime soon!

My child has been going to Kids Sense for 4 years, twice a week =175 sessions so far and I cant Thank Them enough! They have taught Billy to talk, read, write and understand. I am soo grateful to this fantastic professional friendly team and only recommend "them" to others with autistic children. A centre with both occupational therapists and speech pathologists. I highly recommend this fantastic business and look forward to Kids Sense contribution to my childs future development!

My son has been attending Kid Sense Child Development for a year now. We attend twice a week for both Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. At Kid Sense my son is encouraged to reach his full potential through therapy that is not only effective, but fun. Kid Sense has gone above and beyond to create a treatment program that is helping my son to overcome the challenges he faces everyday. There is no request big or small that goes unanswered, and I feel comforted knowing such a fantastic team is behind my son and his development. From the amazing talented therapists to the friendly people in administration, I can highly recommend Kid Sense to anyone with a child who needs a bit of extra help with their development. My son loves going there, therapy is his favourite day of the week.

The therapist and staff are great. They do everything in their power to make sure your child is suited to their therapist. They work with you to best teach your child how to use his speech and occupational skills. The front office staff are always friendly and help you make times that best suits your lifestyle.
