I have been coming here for 5+ years and have never once been disappointed. Clean and welcoming environment, friendly staff, and an outstanding massage every time.

I usually book a remedial massage as a treat for myself once in a while. The employees are professional and respectful! I’ve never once felt uncomfortable or in danger when having my massage done. The place is simple (not very fancy) BUT VERY CLEAN AND ORGANISED.

I had acupuncture treatment. After suffering a migraine for 2 days, the treatment got rid of my headache and I had a great night sleep. Highly recommended.

They ask you how you are feeling, if the need to apply more pressure or not, etc. They create a very good environment to make us feel comfortable! Will definitely come back and recommend their services! Well done, guys!

Eric did my relaxtion massage and he did everything so perfect without asking. I'll always be requesting for Eric everytime I go to Ki Massage Therapy.

The place was neat and clean. The therapist is kind and welcoming but I’m not happy with her service. I feel the lack of technique and strokes. The whole 60mins wasn’t relaxing at all! I felt all beaten up after Still giving 3 cause they’re all nice people.

I have been regularly attending Ki massage for over 4 years now and can confidently say I haven’t been disappointed with their service and hospitality to date. Highly recommended.

Lovely massage, nice staff & the lady who did my massage was very accommodating and very gentle. Overall good experience, will be back again.

Disgusting place. The masseuse had runny nose. Check the price before you go in - they will change it if you don't.

Thank you for your response below about "sneezing by accident" remark. I have lived long enough on this god's green Earth to know the difference between a sneeze, sniffle, runny nose, common cold et all.

I feel sorry for your staff that you are making them work when they are clearly unwell; I am sure hygiene of your clients is of no concern when it comes to $$$.

Thank you for letting me know that I am confused about the price. Business ethics in a democratic country like Australia stands on pillars of transparency protected by bodies like ACCC something that might be alien to your establishment.

Update: Wow, this business has genuine customer care. They have gone above any of my expectations to ensure my experience there was amazing. They care about their business and their customers and legitimately strive to improve based in our feedback. I'm now quite impressed!

Quite disappointed unfortunately. After such great reviews I was happy paying $80 for an 1hr massage, however you expect they would have a professional masseuse however they had some guy who had NO idea what he was doing. He also wouldn't adjust the massage to the requested strength (was way too hard and hurt so I told him but he carried on at his own strength) and he used the hot stones for about 1minute before putting them away again.very disappointing as I don't often get the chance to have a massage.

Always a warm welcome when I visit. I had Therapist: Young - today and he was absolutely amazing. He really takes into consideration where exactly you have pain and uses the best techniques combining pressure points and nerves. You can really tell he not only cares about his work but how the person feels afterwards. Young is highly skilled in what he is doing. He really cares about the client and puts so much effort into making you feel better. I highly recommend him! So kind and polite as well. Will always come back to this place! Thank you to Derek as well!

Fantastic deep tissue massage. The masseuse also applied acupuncture which helped very much with my pain.

Professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I have a wonderful experiance everytime no matter what type of massge i choose.

Staff was friendly but overall still the worst massage ever. The person that was doing the massage is not experienced at all! Wrong pressure points, bad techniques. Would recommend going to the one at TTP if you would like to get a proper massge.

Well mannered people in the shop. Very genuine physio. Unlike other fake massage shop. Guys had genuine knowledge for the pains and points to handle it. Nice place to put your money in for relaxation.

Skilled practitioners. Staff are always friendly, they have good opening hours and always on time for appointments. It's generally easy getting in last minute too. Always happy going in.

The man who does the acupuncture is amazing. I am so glad I saw him by chance when I went in with a sore back. He did 5 treatments on me and it was worth it.
