OK food but the young staff need some more super vision! Ordered beforehand on the KFC app 5 mins before we arrived but we still had to wait 10 to 15 minutes … and to top it off there was NO notification on the KFC app that our meal was ready to collect - we had to check twice at the counter!

Was the worst KFC have eaten was salty n workers didn't give extra Mayo even tho manager took burgers and said she put it on was dry dog loved it

Won't be back there heaps of chips and hardly any popcorn chicken in there go bucket what a rip off

Never thought I should wait for half hour after order. Spent my whole lunch break for waiting. Then I have no time to eat.

This KFC is a bit of a hit or miss. It's either banging like Johnny sins, or it's absolute garbage. No inbetween.

Much cheaper than all alternatives in the food court except Samosa King. I’m not sure why the rest of the food court exists when KFC and Samosa King are here. You’d have to actually want to waste money to eat anywhere else. Absolutely mental prices anywhere else…

So rude! Like not expecting 10/10 but some eye contact and asking speaking actual words other than pointing would be nice.

Quite possibly the worst service of any fast food place.
The 'assistant manager' is so frazzled all the time, making everyone else feel stressed and frazzled.
Not once has any server had a smile or said a simple hello. They honestly act like you ordering from them is an inconvenience.
Foods average and mostly hot, but the workers need better training.

Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour as my friend went to order with a smile on his face because he was hungry only to get yelled at and discriminated against after taking time to view the menu and decide on his order and was called an annoying little before she calmed herself and said rudely to hurry up because she didn’t get paid enough for these annoying kids

I came today to KFC West Lakes 8th June at 3.40pm, ordered 3 Hot and Spicy Chicken (specifically asked for 3 thighs as we don’t eat breasts), and 6 wicked wings. Very simple order! We got 2 breasts and 1 thigh plus only 3 wicked wings not 6. So we came back and asked for 2 thighs instead of breasts. The tall blonde girl with glasses (who was training a new staff at the time) said “we don’t have more thighs “ which i thought weird because she should have at least checked first. Anyway…then i asked for 2 drumsticks instead. She looked unhappy, threw away the 2 pieces of chicken in front of us, and gave us the bag rudely without saying sorry or look apologetic! Seriously that is such a horrible customer service and she shouldn’t be training anyone. She should be the one who is trained for a good manner and attitude. It is definitely their fault for giving us the wrong order, but no apology? ! Then… we got home and checked, she gave us 2 small drumsticks which almost look like wicked wings. Very horrible service! Not surprised by so many 1 star given!

Just waited 20 minutes for a tenders box! My number was 264 and they were still taking orders above 290 when I got mine. Those people are in for a wait! Didn't like it when I complained either.

Definitely would’ve failed on ROCC if they were there today! A girl on register today had her hair in a pony tail when it definitely should’ve at least been in a bun considering uniform policy strictly says hair can’t touch the collar of your shirt. Not to mention her wearing a glove which apparently grants the rights to touch her hair, face and nose piercing every few seconds? Although she sanitised her hands every 3rd or so time after touching her face, the glove should’ve been changed regardless. Shocking to be honest considering this is a food industry…
I know today was a quiet day but these are basics that managers should never overlook.

Slow service and preperation but the food was hot and tasty as usual!

The busiest food outlet in the Westlakes mall. Possibly because it doesn't hike it's prices like the others do. Of course it's KFC, so you know what you'll get. The best fast food chain chips, second best nuggets. Sometimes a serviette or a moist wipe.

I was absolutely discuss it to what I found in my Burger I found a bug in my food and when I ate the chips they taste like soap worst KFC I've been to in Adelaide don't bring the kids there

Really disappointed about these portion size, it not about the name of SNACK, it’s about your attitude and service level.

Worst KFC.
Chicked and chips are not fresh and color is alway dark brown.
When i go there after 2pm, Always no zinger burgers. Just want to close quicker.
No recomended one

Been there only twice and both times couldn't be served as they were out of chicken 30 minutes before closure. My 2nd order was an online order which was paid and confirmed. The shop couldn't give me the refund. I have to try to get it from KFC customer service. This is really annoying!
