I ordered a supercharged wrap and when i opened it up, it turned out thier was no supercharge sauce but it was replace with a massive load of semen

A small KFC. I cant complain about the food.

The staff didn't seem to be too interested in their job. I saw a crew member clean lettuce off a table with the bottom of a paper bag. The lettuce was left on the ground for our entire stay which was over half an hour.

The staff are very nice though they are busy but the shop itself is very small. Not recommended for the family with children.

The service was appalling. Had to wait over 10 minutes for my order not that they warned me about the wait or apologised for it. Only a couple infront of me and i ordered a $4.95 fill up box. The person that took my order barley spoke and definitely didn't smile. Will never go back

Didn’t have zinger have some substitute chicken that was raw threw in bin won’t eat here again

Bought Zinger box with extra 10 wicked wings & fries. Fries was disgustingly soggy. Zinger burger was the worst as can be seen. Almost no greens, no sauce. Utterly disappointed.

Terrible service, atmosphere, food and cleanliness. I presume it was the Manager standing around talking to staff, ignoring customers. Our 2 boxes were quite varied, but not hot (even though we are inside) and no cutlery supplied. Tables were dirty and staff made no attempt to clean whilst we were in store. Will not be returning.

We took a family bucket from kfc Victor harbour today evening the chicken fry tasted like chewing rubber piece & chips tasted it was fried in water, will not recommend this centre

Staff where slow, my order was taken off the screen when it was not ready, they prepared other people's orders that had come after us. They said it would be 5 minutes but it ended up being 25 minutes. Very disappointed

Tonight, food and wait time was of great quality considering the rush during dinner time. Not like previous times. Shoutout to the helpful and respectful worker (Lachie). Hope he enjoyed the $20 tip!

Pros: although the staff seem busy they are not rude and the service is fast.

Cons: we never seem to get what we order or the box meal is always missing components and by the time we realise it's to far to head back, most of the chicken is really dry.

Place is absolutely shocking waited half and hour for a zinger box and it was cold very disappointed.

Go to maccas down the road.

Food & rubbish over floor. All tables dirty, I had to clean out table before eating. No one serving, 4 people waiting. Will never go there again.

Extremely slow service instore - order took 23 mins to complete and only ordered the zinger salad box meal. With 9 team members on you would think that it would be quicker. Team members seemed to busy joking around and discussing their weekends than actually preparing food. The girl at the front counter was apologetic and kept asking where the food was. At one point asked “have we run out of the food to make my order or” the reply from a voice at the back was “its coming just wait” in a rude tone. That was at the 15 minute wait time. 23 mins for a salad and even then 1 chicken tender cut into 4 small pieces. Not worth the price or the time

Bought a chicken meal deal. Was disappointed as the large chips ×2 were half full. The chicken on the buns covered half. This was at 5 in the afternoon. It was a public holiday but service should be equal no matter the day.

Sadly the second time I have bought from Victor Harbor and both times have been very disapointed. The chicken both times has been very soggy not at all crispy and the coleslaw was bitter.

Very friendly. My app did not allow me to to pay but manager solved the problem with a smile. Very professional!

I'm from Adelaide, honestly, this was the BEST KFC I've had in my life! My nan hasn't eaten KFC in decades so I bought her some and it was amazing. We went through the drive thru and had to park, they took about 15 minutes which wasn't bad because we had a nice chat with the people in the car next to us. They also gave us a free popcorn chicken because of the wait. Food was unbelievably great!

Terrible service! Dirty store and the manager taking over customer seating to do office work which should be done at the back of store. There is no seating as there is. Id hate to see them busy.
