The service can be hit and miss, very much like their chips.past 2 times I've been in the chips aren't cooked correctly and was drenched in oil.

Zingers are great tho. Hopefully, it was bad timing for me, and this isn't going to be the stores standards.

Prices gone up. Okay understandable
But quality was much more better before
Now i just hope they dont miss a sauce, give something else rather than whats ordered, chips over fried and black.
Staff is always friendly, way better than McDonalds and hungry jacks. But food quality and pricing making me go towards cooking at home no matter how tired i am.

A KFC that has workers that look like they want to work and assist. Efficient and showed great care for the food they prepared for each customer. Food was great as well. Not too oily and the chips were just right,!

I walked with my 20 month old boy from Lockleys to This KFC store. For us I ordered a small meal approx. $22.00 my Son always enjoys a small portion of KFC Bread rolls while also feeding the local birds on the walk back with crumbs. When it came to order the young man behind the counter said I'm sorry we do not have left. All good I asked for a burger roll instead the young man ask a young female co-worker to see if a burger bun was available. At this point she looked at me the Customer an rolled her eyes at me, I commented that you have NO Right to treat me a customer like this. No it all gets bad apparently can not serve be a bun. From here the manager got evolved. I unfortunately did not get her name. She insisted that I can not buy a burger bun. She then explained that I could buy a zinger burger and pay for a Zinger burger with NO filling if I wanted bread. Obviously my temper began to rise. I can buy any burger and have items added or removed But I could purchase some bread. When I question her this is the insult answer I received
the breads are different. I mean come on.
TO KFC this treatment of a 53 yo Man and his Son is un acceptable. The attitude of your Staff is un acceptable.
I'm looking forward to a descent explanation and response.
Also I would like to know what KFC's response to the young girl rolling her eyes at me and the so called manager that was more interested in escalating the situation rather then Help.
Through ALL THIS DISGUSTING treatment well guess what she just charged me for a Burger Roll. Also did not even have the common decency to reply when I said thank you have a nice night.

I requested her that I want fresh chips. But still, she gave me old chips. Which was too oily. And tasted stale.

Over cooked dry chicken, only drive-through was open, main door had open sign on it, but the staff locked the door. Very disappointing and not acceptable for a company like KFC.

The chips were soggy and under cooked. One piece of chicken was good, but the other piece was semi cooked and dripping oil. The mashed potato had barely any gravy. All in all yuck!
I won't be coming back to this KFC

Don't waste your time! The worst KFC I've ever been to. I wish I took a photo of the Chicken 'fillet' burger 1 got with the Ultimate box, the thin chicken only covered half the small burger as I found out on the 1st bite. I had to explain to the counter attendant 3 times before he showed the manager! The replacement burger had chicken 5mm thick and it was dry & tuff. Oversalted chips to burn my mouth. The only thing good was the can of Mountain Dew!

Waited to be served 2min no one at counter, noticed 3 staff chatting who were aware we were there.when we received food chips cold chicken was dry, wont go here again poor effort kfc

One of ur workers yelled at me for asking my friend a question he said theres pepper mayo on the slider when on the screen it said no PM and i said to my friend did u get no mayo THEN HE CUTS IN AND HAD A GO AT ME FOR ABSOULUTELY NOTHING LIKE CMON NOW.

Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Sold out of bacon, mixed up my order, and the drinks machine was not working, so it was a good 15 minutes before I even got my food. Chips were soggy, the chicken wasn't crispy, and the wings tasted like they had been dipped in sanitizer. Overall terrible experience

Stopped to get a meal for the family on the way home, the staff were so helpful I had to ask him his name, Hasaan thanks for the help, I'll be visiting this store again

If you order online, they will short-pack your order EVERY TIME! The most recent order only had 2 items on it and they still manage to forget one! If complete incompetence is what your'e looking for, then by all means order your food from here!

The staff at this store are kind and understandable even wearing a face mask

As the food is always fresh and hot even my popcorn chicken crumbing kept falling off the chicken whenever I tried to pick the pieces of chicken

The service terrible nightmare. The staff and even manager are rude and racist. The most terrible experience, dealing those people. But the food all good.

Ordered a Delivery feast. Some of the items were missing in the order. Called the store to ask. The team member who spoke with me was nice but they couldn’t deliver the missing items. Asked to come to the store but I got delivered the food initially coz I cannot go to the store. (name it self says delivery feast) She said they will issue a credit voucher where I can use it from the app but cannot locate it anywhere nor I’ve got any reference. Disappointed in poor delivery and packing services. Plus chicken was not crispy at all.

Just ordered lunch, had the person repeat my order when handing me the items and just got home to see half my meal was missing. No receipt was handed to me so how can I prove this? Really annoying when it was legit 2 standard meal items.thanks for taking my money for nothing!

This KFC has the best service ever I was served by a young girl named Annabel she was so kind, had the best manner and got my meal was amazing

Zinger crunch burger is absolutely ELITE and staff were very friendly perfect amount of ‘extra salt’ on my chips

KFC is always on point! But I was a little disappointed when I was told the hot and spicy crispy boneless was no longer available. 2 weeks later at the modburu store, got me some spicy boneless!
