KFC Tea Tree Plaza

Not impressed. Brushed off by staff and told "that's how they come" when questioning the 2 pitiful tiny boneless "wings" in the photograph. No sir, that's not how they're supposed to come. Disappointing. Won't accept it again.

Wicked wings are my best tasty favourite food I must order every time and thank you for the youth friendly staff with great service. Did someone say KFC️

Absolutely appuling service.

A friend wanted wicked wings so I headed down to get them as I was on food.

There were a fair few customers waiting to be served around 6 ppl.

When placing my order 2x 10pks wicked wings the Manager yelled out to the counter attendant that they only had 4 left.the most they come in is a 6pk.

The store still had 30 minutes of service left, but the manager rudely told me they would not be cooking more cause they close in 30 minutes after me asking how long it takes to cook indicating I was happy to wait.

Pretty sure they wouldn't take 30 minutes to cook.

Either way the fact that the store wasn't closed, the food wasn't reduced meaning that they weren't selling what precooked stock they had left until closing.

I was refused service of food that you would think where possible would be cooked per order freshly anyway, let's face it, it's chicken and more susceptible to bacteria etc.

Forgot the cheese on my burger. No salt or seasoning on the chips and chicken respectively. Got the burger replaced and watched the kitchenhand work one handed because he was busy talking on his mobile. Oh, and no napkin which can be a bit annoying when eating fried chicken!

Asked for the 8 wicked wings for $8 sorry we don't offer that was the response.even though it was posted on the the billboard things around the Plaza. Ordered 2 frozen drinks and 2 snack meals. Was busy, number got called out and we thought was our as the 2 frozen drinks were right next to it. Grabbed it, turns out it wasn't our order and the girl behind the counter was rude in saying we need to listen to our number.sorry, but if you are going to put orders up the front and they aren't going together, maybe not put it up together. You are lucky that you spoke to my companion and not me, because I wouldn't have kept quiet with the way you spoke to her.

Please don’t waist your money. Always uncooked chicken which smells a lot. Please don’t waist your money.

4 teenagers working during a busy lunch period with no help or management in sight. 20 min wait for food.

Played for a go bucket and a frozen drink should have got 4.55 change but didn’t get anything so don’t go to kfc at ttp

Worst KFC. Didn’t have the right number of pieces ordered in the box and worst oily dry chicken but yet they ask to pay for ketchup.

Multiple workers know me as Saul Goodman, attorney at law.and I have received impeccable service from the boys at the counter, only gave this 4 stars because KFC refuses to recognised Los Pollos Hermanos as the best chicken restaurant east of the Mississippi.

Kfc is kfc great food, only thing this one gets busy be prepared to wait but that's it the food is done well.

I feel really bad for those kids working like crazy at this kfc. They look overwhelming! Long waiting line to finally have our simple nuggets bucket. Not enough staff…

Chips not cooked was still raw and the smallest piece of bacon the size of 50cent piece on a bacon and cheese burger over all I say no pride and for the price you can do better at the local chicken shop

Whenever i need a quick kfc fix, this is my GO TO FRANCHISE! Renne always serves me with the BIGGEST smile and she even knows my order off by heart (she's so thoughtful!) the food is always hot, fresh and the chicken is brilliantly cooked, especially when jarred is working? While the person was really polite and ask what sauce I wanted with my crispy stripy my chips weren't salted and I'm writing this as I'm eating them. Please be sure you salt your chips

Very poor quality compared to what I saw in kfc tv commercial. Most fast food outlets have the same problem. I want at least 70% quality as good as what I saw in tv commercial.

Worst service, they don't wear gloves, touch your food with bare hands and you could potentially find hair in the chicken wrap. BEWARE
