KFC Seaford Rise

The last few times the food has been cold and today the salad bowl had 1/2 cup of salad and 1 crumpled corn chip, and cost $9, what a rip off! I'm done with them!

Burger was cold/chicken was dry. Chips tasted a few hours old. My Pepsi can was room temp. Majority of tables inside were dirty and yet you’ve got 3 staff members sitting down on their phones. Just disgusting.

Make mistakes on the drive thru orders consistently. Not the cheapest solution expect better.

No flavour on chips. Basically just gave me a potato. Have defrosted “frozen mt dew” it looked like someone had peed in a cup.

Food was nice but the inside was not very clean at all. Staff need to pick up there game and keep the table and seats clean. Bit gross

The people who make your food don't pay attention so you might find you are missing something or you have something extra and the floor is usually clean but the tables and seats usually has chicken bits on them but the staff are nearly always polite and are apologetic when why make a mistake

Perfect, food was satisfying and the service was very quick, got everything right and no mistakes

Bruh, I've never seen a KFC so unorganised. I know mistakes happen, it's Fast Food, but I'm pretty sure I've never once received my correct order in the 2 years since moving here.

Small chicken burger, soggy chips, no gravy in potato and gravy. Overall disappointing for entire meal.

Noisy, busy, quick service but they need to spend more time with training obviously new staff before making them face people to take orders. Chicken strips, chip boxes and popcorn chicken boxes are getting noticeably smaller as the prices creep up.

Staff were friendly - they were doing a training session when I visited the store.
I ordered large chips and had to tell them to actually give me large chips as that is what I paid for. Other than that all was good.

Worst customer service. Greeting at drive thru was a grumpy sounding "Hey, what can I get ya? " Not how I like to be spoken to. Sounded like he didn't care about his job at all. No spoon to eat me potato and gravy either. Sunday 31/7 between 7.30 - 8pm. Seaford.

Was super hungry and took my chances coming here. I refuse to come here most of the time but I promise I will never be returning, here’s why:

1. Food is always horrible, the chicken is almost leathery and feels/tastes like is been in the warmer for hours already.

2. My order is always wrong and always messed up, when I call up to say something about it I do get offered a replacement meal but it’s never written down that I’ve been given this so I essentially waste money going here and they refuse to fix the issue. If I go in store the people behind the counter are always extremely rude about it despite how understanding I am about the situation (I used to work in fast food, I get how it can be and we’re human…we make mistakes) but these issues are constant at this store.

3. I always super sick after eating at this store, never at any others…just this one. I’m currently suffering from food poisoning after finishing my meal from them tonight.

Surprisingly my order was not wrong tonight but the staff where all super unfriendly and made me feel like coming and ordering online for pickup made their life hell, no smiling, no friendly tone.nothing.

Seriously do not go here, you will get sick and it will be a waste of your money, you’ve been warned.

This is the worst KFC in Adelaide. Consistent diarrhoea every single time, every person in my family and in my friendship group all stay away from this store at Seaford. You will have stomach ache within 1 hour. This store has been consistently bad for over 5 years.

I ordered the burger feast the chips had no salt, they were also raw and dry the nuggets had no flavour as well as the burgers were dry and had no flavour I personally will never order from here again

Anna at the drive through was super friendly! Had a bad day, but her positive attitude even during a busy drive through line was a good highlight for my day. 10/10

Worst store ever. Ordered 3 piece feed and one was a wing with 1 bite on it. Went in store to show and girl behind counter was very rude about it. I should have just paid for 2 piece feed cos that's all I got. They don't know how to cook chips either. Still half raw. Save your money people

That moment when you bite into your chicken from the Giant Feast purchase only to find that it’s all dried out and mostly bone …. And it takes you back to a year ago when the same thing happened, vowing to never buy KFC from Seaford Rose again. What’s the saying “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”. Hopefully I have learnt my lesson this time round
