Poor customer service. Waited 25mins for our meals. Ended up getting money back and going elsewhere.

Waited over 20 minutes for the food and still got the wrong order! Not happy at all. The burgers wasnt even wrapped wrong

Tables and chairs are filthy not just dirty filthy. They aren't shadows on the orange chair it's grime the only clean part it where people sit and rub the grime off.

BEST POPCORN CHICKEN AROUND! Came here after my sons soccer game for a treat, and ordered through drive-thru. Ordered a large zinger box for my sons, and one small chips for my 5 daughters, along with my large popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken was smothered in the thickest layered of crumb and eggwash, and was topped with just enough spice to get this 47-year old lady into a sweat! It was sensational. Kids loved it, especially my oldest son; he probably loves it a bit too much. Just another great local restaurant.

Possibly the worst KFC store in SA.
Chips were only half full and cold, one meal came without chips, another meal was customised online to upsize and swap potato and gravy for reg chips. Did not get either chips or potato and gravy. The original burger i ordered was changed to a zinger.
Chicken pieces were more bone than chicken and dry and tough.
When we rang the store to raise these issues they were argumentative about the order even though it's all online.
Don't go here you will be left disappointed, hungry and out of pocket.

New owners have made this store go rock bottom. I've given this store multiple chances over the past 3 years and only 3 times out of 15-20 have been enjoyable.

Common issues I've experienced are half filled chips with no salt, sometimes the chips are uncooked. Lettuce on the burgers are wilted, brown and chewy due to being pre-made and not monitored. Dry chicken due to excess product. Never receive any condiments (dipping sauce, serviettes or refresher towels).

KFC is my favourite takeaway restaurant when done right, but given the inconsistency from this KFC, I won't be returning.

Food was stale, the drinks were out of date, got our order wrong and when they fixed it they gave us a free chocolate mouse that was tasted off

When you purchase a meal as the presentation is very poorly done as well that the staff don't wear hair nets as it's a food environment

It is impossible to regularly get two complete meals from Renmark kfc. Most times, they have run out of something. Buy a 3 piece box and get 3 pieces of chicken. 1 dry. 1 oily and if your luck one cooked just right. Use to have kfc once a week for years. Not anymore. Something changed at this kfc a couple of years ago.

First night past threw to be told a 30-40 minute wait for chicken at 6pm. We didn't bother.
Next day we came past at 440pm and again another 10-20 minute wait for chicken.
Honestly if you KFC from this place need to be organised and come 30 minutes before you actually want it.

Ordered a family feast tonight via the drive-thru. Was advised by staff that it would be a 30 minute wait… Prior planning would’ve prevented this.

They messed up on my order, the cashier didn't explain that they changed the menu so I didn't get what i expected and paid for, at an expensive price, the burger bun was stale and on top of that I drove 40kms there and back the chicken was about the size of a small egg and now I have to spend another $40 to have a decent meal thankyou kfc Renmark

Ordered zinger boxes and got plain wings. Tasted like they were cooked in old oil or been laying in it. Were so full of it. Absolutely disgusting. We couldn't eat them. Have reported it.

Bun was stale as and burger was poorly put together with most of the lettuce in the rapper and not in the bun.
I would of given you a 0 star rating if not for the hot chips.

I feel embarrassed writing a review on junk food but there's always a first. Cold zinger. Cold wicked wings. Cold chips with zero salt. You are literally making people ill. Half hour before closing time but that's no excuse. You should not be open.

I brought some kfc on my lunch break, took 10 minutes for them to cook more chicken, I was fine with that but when I got my order they forgot my popcorn chicken, I didn't check my order till I got back to work because i was running late, next time make sure yous check the order before your give it to the customer

Stupid people couldn’t even get our order right the losers twice in a row.forgot to put in 3 large chips and an aoli for god sake seemed as if they hired peopel w blind folded didnt know what they were doing.would not recommend coming here also had to wake 15 mins for our small order.

A little under staffed lead to mix up with order unfortunately, staff were great though with fixing it up

Smallest chicken in SA, check your order as they rarely get it right, soggy chips and slow service

Refused to cook chicken Tenders at 8.50pm cause they had stopped cooking, yet they dont close till 10pm? Got given super cold chips and chicken. Couldn't sit to wait for the 45 mins they made me wait, due to untidy and unclean dining room!
