KFC Port Pirie

Very busy drive thru, it was almost out on to the main road, and inside was not clean, dirty tables and floors

This KFC used to be good, last two months the quality and correctness of my order has taken a nose dive, if I could have marked lower I would, time for a few male operators to pull up their Sox.

They never give me cutlery, I even asked this time if there was cutlery in the box, was told yes but, no bloody cutlery!

I was served by a lovely young lady last night. Our order was missing some stuff but rectified quickly. They did amazing considering they were under the pump big time, well done to all. Chicken was delish and NOT greasy

Went to get chicken for the family being an hour away, not only did i get what I needed efficiently but I was so lucky to have me one of your very friendly staff members nadiene she was kind enough to let me know my number plate was hanging off and also helped me put in so i could get home safely! You need more people like her, amazing service and lovely staff! Thanks Nadine your an asset to this resturant

But the service was bad!
The car in front of me took about 6 minutes to pay for their food.
Then when I pulled up the young guy said sorry for the wait and I said that's ok got about 6 cars behind me now though (friendly chat).

The guy serving turned around and said hopefully they leave I don't care.made me feel really uncomfortable.

Asked for a boxed meal repeated my order 3 times still received wrong order, extremely impolite young male serving at the time. If I could vote less stars I would without a doubt I've been messed around so hard 7: 40pm Saturday 8th February

Service was extremely slow, it wasnt very busy. They had run out of bottles of water and mountain dew. Wont rush back to this store in a hurry.

Make sure to check your order before leaving the store. This is an ongoing problem with this Port Pirie store of them not adding everything you ordered. This time it was the 1.25 litre of Pepsi and when we got home 2 hours away we noticed they forgot the Cole slaw that was supposed to be in the family meal we ordered. The chips were rooted and smashed from the kids packing the bag. This store is ran by teenagers and not one Adult was to be found.

This place is ran by teenagers and they always forget to complete your order you paid for. It's a complete waste of money a time. Go somewhere else as Port Pirie KFC is not your regular store.

I would have given 4 stars but im sick of buying food from KFC in Port Pirie and we don't get any serviettes, there's even a sign in the store saying customers should not have to ask for serviettes that they need to be given without asking yet this is the 3rd time in the last couple of months that we have recieved none. Smarten up and abide by your own sign.

Typical KFC store. Greatly improved from months ago when fried chicken had a slightly bitter taste which probably was due over-used cooking oil.

Blonde young girl serving got my order wrong after going thriugh it 3 times. Not helpful at all.
Needs to be trained on polite customer service and how to smile then i am sure she will be an asset to the business.
Chips need to be cooked properly. Soggy chips are foul!
Second time here and second time my son vomited his meal. Never happens in other KFC stores.

Have to say after months of being disappointed with wrong orders, no salt on chips when you specifically ask for extra salt and just stuff ups in general! Heading out of town today so got takeaway and yet again no serviettes in our bag thanks KFC will just wipe my greasy fingers on my clothes!

Great group of hard working youngsters run off their feet but still able to deliver their service with beautiful smiles and great attitudes and willing to help and make you feel great every time you visit another beautiful clean friendly establishment with wonderful ppl taking care of their customers every time you visit

Only going to give them a 3 stars as we had to wait quite a while even when there was not many customers at all as a fast food outlet there should be putting out food at a reasonable pace I also think they need to ask customers what they want chicken salt or not on chips and they need to make sure that the chicken is properly cooked so to actually check what they're putting in bags overall not bad service could be better depends on who you have on at the time a decent manager is the key to making a successful business run smoothly.

Very rude, gave me wrong meal then blamed me when I asked to swap it. Threw change at me. Food was like rubber and over cooked. Cold chips. Worst kfc ever! YUCK!

Firstly we didn't receive all our order, chicken was disgusting and grey, slimey n coating was all soggy and falling off my children didn't even want to eat it.worst kfc ive ever been to absolutely disappointing.wont be going there ever again
