KFC Port Adelaide

This store was once good. But now, has poor staff. They get orders wrong, Always check food, before leaving.

Friendly staff, manager is also really helpful and great customer service. Our family we buy there at least once a week is our favourite near kfc and amazing service thabks to the staff. Keep on super stars. By Laurie Maurer

7 september 23, a guy who brought the orders to delivery, outside, asked his details and I was witness he got scared at that dark kfc renowned restaurant, very rude and strange behavior by kfc staff, around 8pm, delivery guy told me i scare because the kfc staff was fat, and he said maybe he is looking for dinner be good my people, life is short, love eachother

I ordered a set meal and said it asked me to wait for 12 minutes. I agreed that I could wait, but I kept waiting. I've been waiting for about 30 minutes and haven't even come out yet. Is fast food so slow

Went there yesterday. The shop was closed due to renovation. Why this is not informed on that app or elsewhere? I could have saved time if I have known. People turned around from drive through without anything.

The girl who works at the front with the piercing blue eyes is 100% a skin walker. I am terrified for my life and so should you she will inject potato and gravy into your veins as you sleep tonight

Absolutely appalling. The service was terrible. We waited 30 mins for 4 simple popcorn Chicken go buckets, when we got them they were cold and the chips were soggy. Restaurant was grimy, safe to say I will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

Very quick drive through service and the zinger burger combo I ordered was very fresh and tasty. AAAA+.

Ordered a zinger box, if there are no wicked wings left, that’s ok but don’t put in 1.5 tenders, ask the customer what they would like instead. Not the first time a order has missed a item. Drive through is convenient but becomes inconvenient when order is wrong

Bought 6 legs, reached home opened the box, there is only 5 legs. Staff needs to get trained for counting.

Don’t even care if you aren’t wearing mask and there is signs say you must Joke it makes me sick

Used to be really good for a long time but lately hasn't been very good. New and inexperienced management and workers perhaps? Seems like rushing and also using old and dry food or undercooked food, I have never seen them do this here before until now. Chicken tasted like cleaning product and was very old and dry. Very sad to see

Went there on drive through and ordered a meal with upgraded big chips but I found out at home that I was given with small chips and i was charged for upgraded big chips. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt so I couldn't return it Lesson learnt to keep the receipt when I go this KFC again.

Staff were quite nice, but of course very busy.
The chicken Sliders are truly yummy.

Got our meal completely wrong and then complained when we called them. Terrible service and customer relations

Bought a Family Feast tonight. This should of come with a 450gm Coleslaw. They had run out of Coleslaw and gave me an option to get Gravy instead. I agreed. When I got home and checked, it was a measly 150gm gravy. Whilst this didnt break the bank, it is disappointing I wasnt told of the size of the substitution, having paid full price.

Food is always average, I regularly get the wrong order and the staff seem to be arguing with each other every time I visit. I have had enough and won't be back

I did not love all the service, putting things in the rubbish bin while people are dinner seems like a big no no too me!

Nothing like a good bucket full of fried chickens on a way home from work.

Update: What the heck happened? The bucket of fried chickens was over cooked and had too much seasoning. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back here again unless you either tell your chefs to get their act together or get rid of them. By far the worst KFC in Adelaide.
