Seriously do yourself a favour and keep driving, have given this particular kfc a few goes hoping it would improve but it just gets worse. Bad food, mess my order up each time I’ve been & over charge me. Will not go back

Bought a giant feast changed some original chicken to tenders. The tenders were overcooked dark and dry. The chicken pieces were all wings no drumsticks or breast. First time at that KFC very disappointing meal for what it cost. Wont return very surprised staff served the tenders like that.

My dad and I come in and he hates using the screens so went up to counter to order. The girl up front had no clue what item he was talking about. The fact that they don't know what's on the menu and have to get someone higher up to figure it out for her is pretty concerning.
And no hand wash in the bathrooms.

If you dont mind waiting half hour for your food, also don't accept bank card payments for ordering online,

I ordered a giant feast pay. Went to next widow to be told no chicken need to wait 15mi ok
Waiting in parking lot a add my bill.noted was overcharged by $9 I walk in store told the guy about overcharged got refunded $9. Told him how long before I get my order 2mims it now 20min I wait 10 minutes later my order was given to someone else by mistake. No sorry nothing. Asked 3 to 4 times for my full refunded they did with no meal that night thank you kfc.

I ordered my dinner on the app, and they couldn't find my order. We had to park while they made the order, and there were about 4 or 5 other cars parked waiting for their orders to be made. The boy that was bringing orders out to the cars had no idea which car to take the orders to, and he kept kicking the door to the restaurant open, which didn't look very professional. The food was good, but the service wasn't like it had been in the past at this store.

Service is terrible they should check the order before delivery items missing customer service is essential that's how your business survive

Floors dirty.
Tenders.dryer than a dead dingo donga.
Chicken Was very dark n oily.
Service over 20 minutes wait

Very disappointing chicken is either dry and hard or so oily, have tried 4x times now to give them a chance afraid the worst KFC in Adelaide

Consistently screws up orders, takes no accountability for this and offers no apology. Refuses to make changes to meals that other KFC’s have no problem with.
Serious problem with the attitude of the staff.

Burger was average, soggy tasteless chips. Pretty much same as all the others lately. KFC is really going down hill

Placed an order at drive through, got told to go find a park & we will bring your order out. 30mins later had to go in and ask where's my order. Absolutely pathetic definitely won't be back.wouldn't offer a refund & we weren't the only cars/ customers.

This KFC would have to be the worst in the state, poor service, food over cooked, order's wrong, what's worse l was 1 of many customers who recived the same poor customer experience

4th time after work, chicken very very dry and way over cooked who knows how long it had been sitting there? Unedible! Will never go there again

Absolutely a joke at this KFC!
Went through drive thru and got told if we could park our car as they are waiting for hot chips to be made with our order. 45 minutes still waiting and seeing other cars in drive thru getting their orders. Went inside to see what’s taking so long and seeing all the mess on the counter with food was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a refund and the manager surprisingly said my order was ready and with just a simple I’m so sorry about the wait with attitude no giving a damn. There was also another 5 customers also waiting at the same time and asking for a refund too! Management needs to have a rethink and organise the place better.

The food was pretty good, tasted fresh (for fried food)
Staff were very friendly and accommodating of specific requests.
This is one of the best KFCs around the area.

Incomplete order amounts to theft of my money. The food we received was good but spoilt by the missing items.

I have ordered take away from Parafield kfc twice now and will not be going back. Both occasions chicken was small pieces, dry, crusty and overcooked, chips were soggy with very little salt, was a total waste of money.

Low rating due to the service and wait time, and another star gone for not being able to order online through the app.

Plenty of parking though.

Food was old and cold. Even hard to chew. The guy at the service counter was rude. And charged us extra. One reg zingerbox, 12 pieces of hot & crispy boneless and one small popcorn. Charged me $50.00
