KFC Myer Centre Food Court

I came here on a friday night around 5 pm. The service was alright but the chicken was cooked really well. I bet whoever was cooking that night did a really good job and should get a pay rise.

Service is bad and food quality horrible. Returned my meal for a refund with extremely overcooked chicken and then the manager still said there is nothing wrong. Skip. Would give no stars if I could.

Met a staff, matthew i think his name was, he was so kind and got my order correct, definetely deserves promotion

I have not been to many KFC outlets in Australia that serve crispy chicken. This is the first time I received the coating crispy. Absolutely wonderful.

Extremely disappointed in this kfc restaurant. Had to wait 10 minutes for a slider.
Two girls that served me were rude with sarcastic comments.
Food they gave me was burnt.
It’s restaurants like this that give the fast food places a bad name. Save your money and go kfc Hindley street for a better experience.

This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten. The fries have no taste. The fried chicken is very salty and has a fishy smell. It is a very bad experience. I will never come here again. Mustard and potatoes are in the salad There was a smell of plastic in the mud and it was so unpalatable.

Had missing after ordering and went all the way back and asked and that they said that they were too busy.

The employee named Joel on Tuesday (18th October) was really disrespectful and did not resolve my problem of undercooked chicken. Had to talk to manager to resolve this problem. He was seemingly not paying attention to anything I said to him, constantly looking at the clock and his phone, and while I was talking to him he got distracted and walked off.

After this, I could see him in the back of his store looking at me and laughing.

Asked Security to move a group on who were vaping in the food court. Security guy turns up. Ignores me. Has a big chummy chat to the group vaping who all swore they weren't. I left with the kids for another place. There is no wonder kids are in groups vaping, Security guy is completely useless and they clearly know it. Don't bring your kids here, it's ruled by rough-neck teenagers in private school gear.

Came here for lunch. Got a twister and some chips. Was very good quality wasn’t old and tasted quite fresh. The lettuce tasted like pure gold! Overall I was very happy with my experience at KFC!

Extremely long waiting line and time. Why have only one person taking food orders. And it was dirty on the other side of the counter. The girl whose name I think was Eisheen gave away free food to a lady.

Check your order before you leave peeps, they gave a little tiny chicken in the box meal! Wait too long too

As part of the Myers food centre It's standard KFC menu. Well cooked though for a Saturday lunch time.

Absolutely disgusting, I actually got a refund for the pathetic pieces of overcooked budgey they tried to pass off as chicken. Horrible!

It was extremely busy and unfortunately they got my order wrong. I can't really blame them because of how busy it was. When I got my order, the chicken was a bit overcooked. Again, it was busy, so they would've been rushing a lot.

All OK but compared to other KFC stores this one lacks space. Which makes less counter number and long lines ti order.
