KFC Murray Bridge

Foods always hot, fresh n tasty. I have a thing for the boneless hot n spicy and can't leave the bridge without a trip to kfc. Chips taste better hot so they're gone instantly. Wow, I'm a McDonald's convert. Imagine that

Great to order take away and get to park to eat no serviettes no spoon no napkins.
Almost all the time this happens

Service was extremely slow! Then 2nd time this week forget to put in a spoon for the mash and gravy. Then no outdoor seating anymore

It was very busy but also very quick once my oder was taken. I had to sit at the order station and be ignored while five cars in the other lane were served. The cashier wasnt the happiest person I've met. The food was hot and good.

Cold chips cold burger cold hot rods no sauce. Pretty disappointed. Kids running the store what do you expect. It’s not a cheap meal won’t be back.

Take out ordered 3 piece feed no potato and gravy no bun no napkin or wet wipe or cutlery and 3 of the tiniest peices of chicken.this was 13 dollars! Service was so lacklustre as though they didnt want to be there.would add photo of the dismal food if I could.

Must say the barthroom were so clean one of the cleanest I've every seen in a farst food shop. Well done guys. Food was great to.

All good. Had a Twister. Happy with everything. On a par with other KFC stores I've been to.

So much for the store upgrade only to have a carpark bigger than needed for the such a small store. Upgrade was a waste the store needed to be double the size it is now and they didn't fix the Adelaide road entrance.

Certainly the food is nowhere near like the picture up on the wall. Could do a lot better.

Food was as you'd expect. Was a busy time but only took 5 minutes. The drive through is unusual, with cars from the front entrance and back entrance meeting in a kind of v at the kiosks. Small seating area inside. Friendly staff.

The quality of service at Murray bridge KFC.

You need to lift the standard of training to your employees as a shrug of the shoulders in response to a mistake is not good enough.

The standard of accountability in your Workers is appalling.

Make sure u always get ur receipt and check Ur orders before u leave. Often they make mistakes or their out of something and without Ur knowledge they replace it by something else.

I had ordered thru the mobile app - 36pcs chix, 8 bread rolls and 2 large fries. They only had 32 original recipes and asked me replacements for 4 pcs. I received complete orders but they forgot to give me wipes, dips and serviettes. Too late to go back. It should be automatically given.

I don't think I've ever been there where the drive through isn't lined up. And I've been there for lunch and dinner. So I always go inside as it is generally quicker. Store is small and with restrictions you may have to wait outside if it's to busy, but this hasn't happened to me. Staff are friendly and no one has made a mistake with my orders so that's a bonus.

The person at the first window today which Jacob isaacson was super good at his job he was super fast and onto what he was doing. I was very impressed with speed he was working at and I was very impressed with the food.

Drive thru can get long queues but usually copes pretty well.

Cold soggy chips as always.is it KFC policy to undercook chips and nuggets so they never get crispy? My understanding of the whole point to deep frying is IT MAKES CHIPS CRISPIER!?
THE girl serving is the worst glum faced person.why give service role to someone who doesn't understand how to smile or say please and thanks!?
Never once had crispy hot chips from KFC! Why? !? How many years they want to keep serving up soggy chips!?
Go to hungry jacks, the chips are super crispy, hot and tasty.
Maybe ferals with bad teeth give good reviews about your chips.but I'd expect a billion dollar franchise to serve better fries.
