11It's ok, it has no seating, purely a drive thru/online pickup/delivery/order and take away site. They forgot a burger but fixed it up when told.
This does not count as a piece of chicken, from KFC Mt Gambier marketplace at lunchtime on Wednesday 20 Dec 2023, I'd advise anyone to check their meals before leaving, and yes, the photo is an actual piece of chicken when asking for six, it's a wing apparently, not that you can tell, freaking astounding, won't get caught out by them again, edit, wait until you see mount gambier city KFC I just got 18 jan 2024, that's even worse than this, go check it out
Incredibly slow service, poorly managed.as an rgm, watching the drive thru was making me anxious lmao.
*edited to add: after waiting an unreasonable amount of time for quiet it was, the chips arent even fresh.when we paid u could see chips sitting over the vats which made them soggy n yuck, if you expect customers to wait that long for food it should at least be fresh.if product cook times wasnt the cause of the wait, then what is?
Its confusing having all them lanes, especially when its busy. However i feel like its in a great location and easy to exit.
Everything great except must touch the screen. Qr code contactless will be better for coronavirus

Absolutely amazing. The online ordering and x4 boom gates just cut the wait time way down. Online ordering means less chances to get things wrong, quicker order times freeing staff to focus on preparing our food. Once they had something missing or something and they apologised proactively and gave me a chocolate mousse. Always friendly greeting at the drive thru. I really can not fail this team - PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE!
I dont live far from there and i got there a fair bit its always quick to B&C zingers are always good
Super convenient. Order and pay online, drive to KFC, pull up at one of the online pickup terminals, input your order number, then wait for your food. The boom gate will raise when your food is ready and you drive up to the window to collect.
Always been fast in my experience and the added bonus of saving time by getting your partner or family member to place the order on your way there.
Extra points for not messing up my order yet.
Revolutionary? But at what cost. Compete 200% self drive through KfC. No tables. No ordering at a counter. You sit in your car behind boom gates and wait to be called.
Easy? Yes! Fast? Not really. Makes you feel a little silly.
But regardless. A really cool idea which had already been installed worldwide. Good work team!
